The injectable TNE came with a lot of crystals, but with a little patience and hot water, they dissolved.
I pinned some this morning and wooooo boy! Best workout in a looong time. Amazing stuff.

How much did you use preworkout? Ive been using only 50mg, and trying to only use it on squat and deadlift days. I want to use it every day, but that feels like an addiction LOL

I used 30mg for my first time because I heard pip can be brutal on TNE, but I did not notice any more pip than usual... which means barely any at all. I pinned it in my delt.
next time I'll probably go to 50mg... but yeah I wish could pin this stuff every day, it's great.
