+ 1 Circulation, kidney suggestions
ad
I noticed I’ve been having poor circulation at night and recently added Niacin at the advice of my 70 year old uncle and I must say stuff started working after the first dose. I also have the following in my arsenal
*Fish Oil
*Astragalus Root
I also drink a gallon of water a day with lemons, it sounds crazy but my urine is a s clear as water since I’ve been doing that at the advice of my physician. I had an elevated creatinine (pre gear) and my doc told me it was because I was dehydrated and suggested it, test the next week came back normal. Do you guys have any other suggestions?

Many factors can increase your creatinine level in bloodwork such as having a moderate amount of muscle mass, using creatine supplements, using protein shakes, working out within 3 days of giving blood, using painkillers such as Ibuprofen and other meds etc. Here is a post I made some years back with supplements that greatly help your Liver and Kidneys:

Did you happen to workout before those bloods? it can artificially raise creatinine levels, especially if you're jacked af. Do you also have blood pressure issues? If so then telmisartan can both lower bp and protect kidneys. Also if you're currently running gear you should drink more water, I average around 6 liters a day, and get that daily cardio in. For any future bloods make sure you are well hydrated before hand, but dont just chug a whole bunch right before them, wake up hours before bloods to give enough time to properly hydrate. Cialis is nice too
