Welcome. I was new to the lifestyle when I came here over ten years ago and I’ve learned a lot. Not just bro science, but solid advice from good experience. And I’ve transformed my body in the process. Also, I can honestly say I’ve never had a really bad experience with a top source. But, just as everywhere on the net, there’s a lot of idiots and trolls here too. So you still gotta be wise.
