looking to better understand frontloading
okay so lets talk EQ and the procedure for frontloading. i keep getting mixed messages about this, so trying to clarify exactly how this works. the part where you double the dose your first week is simple enough, but when factoring in the half life of the compound being used are you supposed to double the dose up until the 1st half-life? also, with EQ traditionally being attached to the undeclynate (spelling?) ester, isnt that like a 3 week half-life? so would you run 600mg 2x a week for 3 weeks, or 600mg 2x a week for just one week then begin normal dosing? if im not mistaken that is the longest ester and why its strongly suggested to run it at least 16 weeks, and that by frontloading you can significantly increase blood levels of the compound much sooner, therefore making it possible to shorten the cycle length. how accurate is all of this?

Don't complicate things, just stick to 600mg and no frontloading.good luck!
I am running EQ at 600mg a week, for the first 2 weeks I ran it at 1200mg a week, then tapered down to 600 a week, the reason for this is to get the EQ levels stable in your blood by week 3 instead of week 5 to 6.
when you say taper you mean you slowly decreased the dose, say to 1000 and then 800 before leveling off at 600?
I do not front load EQ.
The Norm front load (someone correct me if I'm off on this)is to double up the first pin.
Example:
If your normal weekly mg is 600mg, then you would pin 1200mg out the gate.

My opinion for best results is to run it full term at your normal dose. Don't try to reinvent the wheel, just allow it to get you to where you want to go!
so this is a running question that I have read much about... see if this helps you understand things better..
