Has anybody been in recent years? Curious how it's changed, I went in 2011 and 2012, also saw the finals and Phil Heath winning his first title which was pretty cool. Met alot of pros and UFC fighters, also got damn near a years worth of free pre workouts and protein powders at the expo. Still worth going these days?
