Looking forAdvice on first cycle!!!!!

Only cycle I've ever done is Orals. Didn't really get no results. I'm looking to start a first cycle. Its come recommended that I start with Test and Adex to see how my body reacts. Any advice on what Test and Adex. I don't have a clue about doses or how much to order to run a cycle.
