Wanted a little more advice and opinions on this for a first cycle.
Test E 300 2x week. 1-10
Aromasin 12.5 eod. 3-15
Nolva 50/50/25/25. 12-15
Clomid 100/100/50/50. 12-15
Age 39
Weight 195
Height 6'0

If you go down to 6.25 during PCT that's 6.25 eod right
That's what I would do. May even have to reduce it further. It depends on what you need mate. Listen to your body.
Just to add to the below. Your ai dosage is something you have to learn over time. Read up on the side effects of high and low oestrogen (low is worse IMO).
I personally have to reduce my ai by half during pct or even less.
