looking for my first cycle questions, stats.

ad

here is the deal I have a bunch of side effects of someone one that has done steroids and natural low test.

Here are my symptoms

balding
small bone structure
limp penis
hairy
bad joints(right shoulder grinds,clicks)
my grip is starting to give out on my hands
pretty damn depressed at the moment.
tiny wrist hands
I am a very hard gainer and seems the older I get the less results I am getting at the gym.

I have never done steroids in my life. but am feeling pretty shitty.

I want to start my first cycle but am overweight at the moment. I plan on losing my weight before I start my first cycle maybe getting to 180lbs.

My stats are age 26, 5'9"
240lbs
unknown bf
I lift weights everyday of my life mostly hit the gym hard super set heavy weights.
I lift slow and heavy. I used to lift fast and till failure but over the last couple years I have noticed a dramatic decrease in my energy levels. It could be because I'm over weight or other things.
I'm starting to feel real tired, and getting no results in the gym. I feel as though I am just wearing my bones, joints down when going to the gym. and am tired of getting no results.

My diet fluctuates a-lot sometimes I eat real healthy(veggie shakes, lots of protein, cheese, meats, milk, whole grain bread)and sometimes not so much eating fast food.

I plan on doing a 12 week cycle of test e with with pct(nolvadex, clomad) and ai, Aromasinor and(?)or,Arimidex.

My question is do you wait two weeks after your last injection of test e to start administering pct so therefor it is actually 16 week cycle?

and do you take AI's right when you start taking test e?

I've never injected anything ever in my life. how do you know where to inject? I plan on injecting 500mg split into 250mg twice a week for 12 weeks.(tues,Thursday) What that be a good split?
Is there places you should not inject?
What AI'S should I use?
Are the pct's in pill form? What about the AI's?

High blood pressure, diabetes, heart attacks mpb, run in my family.

All my BF is carried in my stomach neck area my arms upper body is small boned and my lower body is about average structured.
I always get bad sleep and and am always stressed. Which could be contributing to my problems.

I hardly know where to begin. BEFORE even thinking about gear, you absolutely need:
1.) Get to a doctor for a complete checkup including bloodwork that includes your testosterone and estrogen levels, cholesterol, liver function, etc. (and all the other important blood assays)
2.) You have a small bone structure and say you're a hard gainer, yet you're at least 60 lbs. over weight. You need to get your diet together. MUST READ:
http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/weight-loss/nurition...
http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/weight-loss/foolproo...
3.) You were correct in that you should not start any AAS until you get down to 180 or less. And even then, you have a family history of serious heart and diabetic issues, so you're blood work will need to be done again after you get your weight down. This is serious stuff. You are in poor health right now. Get to a healthy state via changing your nutritional lifestyle, diet and exercise.
4.) Stop lifting heavy and get on the tread mill. You need a lot of aerobic exercise and minimal anaerobic exercise. But don't do anything until you get that complete checkup.

Stay positive and do not give up. When you see some changes, which you will see within a couple weeks if you follow the BF reduction links above, use it as motivation to drive on and don't quit until you reach your goal. You can do it!

I want you to query BMR (basal metabolic rate) on google and find out how many calories you need per day to maintain your weight. Also, factor in your activity level, too. After that, decrease the maintenance, by 500 calories and refurbish your diet by adjusting your macros (protein, CHOs, fat) to meet your goals.

Get some BF calipers and put a number on your BF%. In addition, can you explain the reason why you "can't get blood work done by a doctor?" Furthermore, research HIIT and attempt to meet some short-term goals over the course of 30 days. If you have a scale, please use it in the morning when you get up and before you go to bed. Document your weight, body fat, and meals you are eating, along with the activity you are doing (ie) HIIT, moderate weight lifting, etc.

Please, keep us updated on your progress.

Brother, it's no fun feeling like shit all the time. I've been there before and it makes for a tough hand of cards to play. You get to a place where you are looking for anything to feel better and its very tempting to go for a quick "fix all"so you can feel better. I dig. That's just human nature. Nothing wrong with wanting that. Unfortunately the quick fixes are never permanent. At 26 a quick fix will kick your ass in the long run and it will kick it hard. You don't need that. You need a permanent lifestyle change.
This is my suggestion.
Go to your doctor, tell him how you feel, all the symptoms etc and get some blood work done. This will tell you if there is a testosterone issue or any other issues under the skin. If it is, you will probably walk away with a script for test.
After you understand your inner workings from the blood work get a game plan. You know that you need to lose weight and you have that goal of 180 lbs. DO IT. 180 or die!
This will require absolute diet discipline no cheats just healthy eats. Dig? There are lots of guys and girls here that would help you with the diet. myself included. Step up the cardio. If your joints are hurting use an elliptical.
Brother if you lost that 60 lbs i guarantee that you would feel balls deep better. Your natural test levels will increase and you'll start feeling normal again.
In the mean while, you are better off just spending this diet time researching researching researching. Learn every thing you can about aas and then you can make a good educated decision as to if its for you or not. As for the testosterone script, if your doc gives you one, I see no problem with running his dosages. However you have to keep in mind that once on Testosterone replacement therapy you are always going to need it. Your diet could solve the low t issues if you have them so really do some soul searching as to if you want to go the steroid route.
Integrate the diet into your life and make it a permanent lifestyle change. At 26 you are in your prime. You should feel like it! You deserve to feel like it! Now pick yo ass up off tha flo and start kicking ass!

Oh you reminded I can't get blood work done by a doctor.
Thanks for the website.
Also pip stands for pinning pain correct?
So you do the pct every other day?
Does that apply to AI's as well? The AI's are done the entire length of the cycle as a precaution and the pct 2 weeks after the last shot of test e right?
The pct is administered for 4 weeks?
when you are pinning what are you aiming to inject to bone? not hit a nerve vain?

hi there, i am also on my first cycle and a friend of mine has given me a lot of helpful advice. he has me injecting 250mg test E on sunday and thursday. and 12.5 mg of exemestane (aromasin) ever other day.

i cycle my injection spots between my thighs, deltoids, biceps, and triceps. a website that i found helpful is called www.spotinjections.com it gives some pictures on possible injection sites.

If you have never used needles or injected before it would be smart to talk about it with a doctor. although it is an easy process it should be learned correctly.

Siz, that's just bad advice. First of all you yourself are too young to be doing gear. At 22, your Endocrine system and HPTA are still developing and your natty test is not at max production until your about 25. Second, this guy needs a lot of work before touching gear.
