We have that available here but..... DAMN it's expensive and insurance doesn't cover. I've heard nothing but good things about it.
Had a complete rupture of my pectoral tendon. I told my doc I was doing 4iu HGH daily and 250mg of deca weekly. He unofficially agreed with the protocol and to this day said I recovered faster than the majority of his patients. He said within the next five years Orthos will be able to prescribe HGH for healing. I'm telling you it worked great for me.
Agree with it 100%!
I did also the same and it worked great for me. Fast healing.
I had a really bad backinjury. my doctor said it will need 12-18 month till I could walk again.
I did 6 ius HGH with low dose deca and test.
After 6 moths I was back in the gym and could slowly start lifting some weights!
Just curious, how long did it ultimately take to recover from that?
14 weeks until 100% released. I'm lifting again but keeping rep range 12-20 and everything feels great. Muscle memory came back fast
Nice man, good work. Im sure that wasn't easy. Would you say Deca is the best thing to take for tears, ruptures, joints ect? And if not, what else would you recommend for something of that nature? It obviously worked for you, but is there anything else you have come across personally or in research that helps the healing process?
I had Deca on hand which is why I used it, but EQ is better for healing soft tissue (tendons etc..). I've also read that in ADDITION TO EQ anavar will help. So, HGH at 4-6 iu daily and 300-400 mg EQ weekly. I'm not kidding, it made a huge difference for me and as far as my physique the muscle is coming back quickly.
It is unlikely that you can get tangible results by applying HGH or peptides. Today all the allegations that these drugs can be the basis of the drug course in trauma are unconfirmed.
The old school of sports medicine has two universal rules:
- with damage to the muscles and ligaments (tendons) - it is Nandrolone decanoate prescribes as a medicine 50-100 mg per week, + drugs that enhance the immune response in damaged tissues.
- In case of bones fractures - methandrostenolone up to 25 mg per day (for accelerating the formation of bone callus) + preparations of potassium, calcium and phosphorus + glucosamine + chondroitin.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. Upon looking into your suggestion. Seems to be variable results. I’d its good for muscle wasting disease but actual healing may take a hit. You will prob find it his interesting:). https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/20690845/
I have never tried the peptides but i do not see, for the life of me, how they can heal actual scar tissue.
To heal my damaged tendons, i have allowed the partial tears to heal (scar tissue develops of course), then use voodoo floss bands and/or ART to break up the other scar tissue in the upper tendon and the connecting muscles (there will be plenty, as thats what will have caused the tendon to get damaged in the first place).
So... you will need to treat both the calf and almost all of the tendon. You will be able to do self-ART if you learn how. Voodoo flossing is agony but amazing.
Yes I am able to do that no problem. Also, I am currently downing ice, stick, laser, pt exercises, elevation, gentle massage.
Excellent Info G
Cheers pal.
Found out eventually after a torn forearm and 3 pops of the rotator
Im a slow learner ;-)
Partial Tendon or Muscle tear (stay clear of surgery)
Peps (TB-500, etc) may have some slight healing property when injected subQ/IM
BUT....for true results
Find a cutting-edge sports Medicine Doc with experience in:
Platelet-Rich Plasma
Autologous Stem Cell Injections
Approved Med-Injects (IGF1/IGF2 and other healing proteins)
For documented/true muscle regeneration.....you need direct injections (into torn tendon/muscle)
(I’m speaking from experience with stem cell repair for torn tendon/rotator:shoulder)
Letting the partial tear heal over time results in healing by “scarring” (weaker) VS healing by regeneration/ new tissue
Time and minimal exertion to affected area.
Maybe try a TENS unit and DMSO.
Hello Sir,
I would firstly advice to stick to your Doc's recommendation in regards to medicine and specifically designed exercise plan to strengthen the weak point. However I would like to add that I have seen TB500 doing wonders to similar kind of injuries and even though never had a necessity to try it myself, it caught my eye. Something I would definitely recommend to consider.
Hope this helps.
Regards
I have used tb500 with great results. The speaclist was shocked on how fast i recovered from stretched/torn tendons. It still took 3 months or so......
In my opionion i owe it to the tb500 and epsolm salt baths
I hope you heal up
RustyhookerYour dr should be able to send you to a pt. Catch a few theraputic workouts.
There are not magic healing pills or compounds. There are mixed results regarding all the substances listed below. Feel free to try them, but don’t expect the world.
That being said, there’s nothing healing like time and patience. Don’t rush things and push beyond what your body is ready for.
I’ve had many injuries and it takes a long time to recover, but I recovered well, because I listened to my body and give it plenty of time. Best of luck.
tb500, bpc157, hgh, Lgd4033.
I read up quite a bit on bpc157 with a recent shoulder injury. Luckily, I was able to bounce back pretty quick. But it sparked quite a bit of interest in me.
From the what I researched, it works. It’s recieved a lot of pushback from the pharma industry where human testing is concerned. Cures aren’t profitable. If big pharma is against it, I’d be willing to give it a shot. Here’s to hoping I have no need of it in the future though.
I feel the same way. big pharma doesnt like cures or advancements that are readily available to us. This is the reason for our 'Industry" being plagued with bans.
Thanks. I might use test instead of lgd
May I ask how? You’re not obligated to answer if you don’t want to.
I was playing tennis and went to cut. It was a high Achilles tear inner upper 1/3. Most likely my soleus.
That sucks. As any sports fan knows, non contact injuries are oftentimes the worst ones. Best of luck
Meanwhile Federer just won his 20th major at 36 years old. Maybe try to find out what he’s using…
Hahaha. Yea 20 is insane! Hold on I’ll email him ;-)
basskiller89I wish you a safe and speedy recovery brother
The primary hormone responsible for cellular growth and repair is HGH. If it was me and I was going to consider pharmaceuticals to aid in recovery, I would look into HGH, IGF1 and/or peptides. I'm not recommending you take any of this but merely suggesting you consider reading into it
Thanks brother
