First ever Test E cycle. Help!
Hi. I am 34 yrs old and 5'7 around 170 lbs. I have been reading alot on AAS lately and have decided to give it a try. I am just very confused on the different doses for arimidex, clomid and nolva. I have a supplier in mind but have many questions. This is my plan:
Week 1-12: Test E 600mgs with two injections bi weekly (300mgs)
Weeks 1-12: EOD Liquid Arimidex
two weeks off cycle
weeks 15-16 start PCT: Clomid & Nolvadex every day
weeks 16-18: Clomid & Nolvadex every day
Questions are: Is 600 mgs of Test E too much for my first cycle?
Is 3 vials of 300mgTest E at 10 ml sufficient for the 12 weeks??
How many bottles of liquid arimidex should be enough for my cycle if a bottle is 30ml and 1mg per ML?
How about the amount of clomid and nolva if it comes in quantity of 25 of 50mg capsules?
I just want to make sure I dont over do it or mess up my first time bad. Thanks!

Get some Aromasin for your PCT.. once you discontinue the Arimidex you will have a spike in E levels.
If taking Aromsin in PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Armoasin 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25

RustyhookerDont start adex til later....bout week 4. .25e3d....if sensitive nips .25eod.... Week 6 blood test will give estro values and you can adjust the ai. Run ai to pct at week 14.
Bam! Good catch! If he starts his AI early before the Test kicks on he can shut down his E2 levels, correct?

Thanks for the reply. I am not too sure about the liquid adex as it comes 1mg per ML. Is half .5 good EOD? I heard 1 ML EOD is too much. Also is 4 weeks of pct of clomid and nolva sufficient?
Yes sir. 4 weeks is great. As far as the Adex goes I'm doing mine at .25mg EOD. But some people go as far .5mg EOD. It just depends on the person. The key is pay attention to your body and how it's reacting to what you're doing to it. This is learning and growing process. Also the more you read and ask questions the better. When it comes to this you can never know to much.:-)

As far your Adex how are you dosing that besides EOD?
