+ 1 First Cycle Opinion
I can't seem to locate my previous post and replies, I even had to re-register my acct. I think the data was lost on the reboot. So I am posting again.
I will be starting my first cycle in a few weeks just want to see if this is ok. I will be doing a 12-week cycle of testosterone cypionate of 500mg per week. I will be taking 12.5mg of Aromasin every day during the cycle to help keep estrogen in check.
PCT Begins 2-weeks after the last injection.
4-weeks of Nolvadex at 25mg per day
4-weeks Clomid 50mg per day
I was wondering if this would work? I would like to take 250iu every week of HCG during the cycle to help keep my nuts healthy, but am unsure if this would screw the cycle up? I would really appreciate the guidance of those who know. If my PCT dosages need to be altered let me know. I'm 39 years old weigh 227lbs and have BF% of around 14-15% .

Also I would wait until your blood levels start to peak before adding in the Aromasin. Maybe week four or so. The last thing you want is crashed estrogen which in my opinion sucks way more than high estrogen. If you were kick starting with Prop or Dbol or something different story, but that wouldn't be for a first cycle. Just my opinion though. I also agree with felony, you might not need that much with 500 mg a week. Some estrogen is needed to make gains. Hope that helps!

Is this your first cycle? Aro is strong. For me 12.5 ED while only on 500mg test I would have problems. If you have cycled before and you know your body fine if not I would be careful at that dose. Like trenallday said increase pct dose. Usually 100 100 50 50 and 40 40 20 20 is what I do.

pct starts 3 weeks after last pin with cyp. hcg 500iu/week split into 2 pins, end hcg 2 weeks prior to pct, ai you need to feel out because u may not need that much, someone will prob say you need aromasin ed because of its half life but i was good with aromasin eod, but only bloods can really tell u whats necessary. pct i would double the dosage of each for the first week
