OWEE

ad

Yesterday I finally grew a pair and pinned myself in the quad for the first time, had no choice the glutes are still a little stiff from starting my cycle last week. Hitting myself in the quad was a psychological breakthrough for me, hehe. To my amazement I felt no pain at all. I laughed at myself afterwards and went to the gym.

But today! OMFG! I woke up stiff legged and sore as f@#k, no redness or swelling just stiff and sore. Talk about virgin muscle, owee give me a damn tampon because wow!.

Ok so on average how long will it take the muscles in a quad to get used to pins of Test? Just curious.

I found using a smaller pin, the orange one helped with pip

Make sure you are pinning higher rather than lower.

I hit a lymph node before. That was rough.

Ahh, I remember when I was your age and woke up stiff and sore in the morning...

Wait till you hit a nerve pinning quads and see stars, then you will really know what OWEE really means.

×2 I remember the first time I hit a nerve in my quad it was like I just got struck by lighting then I jumped and tensed up and SHAZAM!#!# I got struck for the second time. I tensed up so tight you could not have drove a pin in my ass with a sledgehammer

How about a muscle spasm. Half way through the pin I had to abort. Grabbed a new pin and went for another spot. Fuck that hurt

Yeah muscle spasms are the worst! I get them more in my delts then I do my quads tho.....still sucks balls

I have literally had the needle fly out of my hand from a spasm. I think the muscle twitches when you are close to a nerve.

Hahaha I was literally just about to put that - its always just that final mm push into the quad where your thinking great painless shot then Fu******* lol Another great one is when you are pulling out thinking you've gone through no veins on the way in then find out you've pierced a big one just underneath the skin and a nice river of blood pours down your leg when the needle just exits........

My first pin ever was in the quad it was great took about 3 days for the pain to go away and about 3 pins before pip went away

Hitting the quads for the first time is definitely a mental mind fuck or at least it was for me the first few times. Now it's no big deal and it takes about the third pin to get them re-acclimated to where they are no longer sore...for me anyways

My mind trip is my glutes ive yet to pin them. I keep having flash backs to all the shots I got as a kid where the nurse would just spear me like a gigging frogs and then I couldn't sit for a week. Id rather have the stiff leg. But really the only rime my quads hurt is if I make a bad pin. I shake like hell naturally always have some days not as much as others but if im shaking to bad and can't hold the pin good and still then its limp city.

My fave site. Took about 5 or 6 weeks until I stopped getting Frankenstein legs. Now sticking a needle in my leg is as routine as brushing my teeth. All my sites are very close together and I still get no pain: L quad, R quad, L hip flexor, R hip flexor, L glute, R glute, repeat.

I did actually , for some time. I received a whole lot of wisdom from this site. But knowing something and expeirancing it are two diffetent things. Im on the ride now.
