First Cycle
First off; my stats: Age: 23 Height: 5'7 Weight: 88kg (190lb) BF: 13%
Secondly; I'd like to thank everybody on eroids in helping me broaden my knowledge of diet/workout/AAS.
I have ordered and received everything that is needed for my first cycle to start probably around January or February. I'm not in any rush to start because I'd like a considerably lower bf% beforehand (probably 3% loss), and it will help to be at least a little bit older.
The cycle will look like this;
12 weeks of Test E @ 400mg (pinning Mon, Thurs)
Adex from week 3 @ .5mg e3d
PCT starting 14 days after last pin;
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
My question is about the adex, whether I start directly from week 3, or should I wait until I start to notice itchy nips etc.
My goals from the cycle are to get to around the 93kg mark, but a leaner 93, so I think that it is achievable based on my diet and training.
FURTHERMORE, I understand that this is not a miracle drug and will give me Arnie's body if I eat pop tarts and sit on my ass, and that what I want will only come through proper kitchen and gym time.

He is 23 with a good foundation and seems responsible, I would say go for it.
For your adex question,
You can start .5 e3d at 3 weeks or when you feel sore or itchy nipplez
I would just stick with .25 e3d and increase as needed. .5mg is alot for no sides :S
at 23 your diet and gym time is all you really, need save the cycle till you stop growing natty
Direct comment - You're 23. You should consider using your natural test at this stage. However, you've been shopping already....
If you must run a cycle, yours looks OK, you've obviously done some reading. Some would up test to 500mg/wk, I'd run it as you have suggested. Alter your AI (Adex) dose. Start on 0.25mg e3d, increase if itchy/sore nipples etc.
I'm going to say it again, you're young. Think about delaying this for a bit.
Thanks for the info on the adex my man.
I understand where you're coming from about my age, and like I said I'm in no rush, and the oils are good for a while, so I see no harm in waiting 6 or so months to a year. Just being on here has increased my knowledge like you wouldn't believe, and its made me an eager beaver haha.
Thanks mate
