Id suggest starting of with 500mg test a week. You can use test Enanthate, test cypionate or test propinate . The advantage of cyp or enanthate is that you'll only inject twice a week . If you go the rout of propinate you'll need to inject every day, or every other day as a stretch.

If this is the first time you've done this you may experience some brain fog the first two weeks, or some other strange symptoms. Iremember feeling very spacey . After that a great feeling of well being will kick in and you should start to notice increases in strength, increased fat burning, and quicker recovery after work out.
How much you need ? Well that depends on how long you are going to run this and what strength the gear is. Id say starting off you should go 12-14 weeks , using a test e 250 or test e 300 . If you go with 250, you'll shoot 1 ml every 4 days. Plan on 9ml per bottle and then get a little extra. Dont plan down to the very last ml you'll need.
Research something called PCT and be sure to order all these ingredients before you do your first injection.

My basic list for you would be 4 10 ml bottles test e250
Aromasin 25 or 12.5 enough to get 90 doses @ 12.5 mg
I also like the idea of buying two different brands of AI in case one doest work like its supposed to.
at least 5000iu of HCG, but 10,000 would be better
at least 50 pills of clomid 25 mg
at least 50 pills of nolvadex 20 mg

extra bonus would be some proviron about 50 pills at 25 mg

That should be a good grocery list to get you started, then while you are waiting do a lot of reading in here. Hope that helps ;)
