Advice with my spring cutter
Ive ran 3 cycles, all bukers. I'm one of the guys that started using gear way before i should have in terms of reaching my genetic potential first. I started at age 25, 6'2", 180lbs and not lean, 15-18%ish bf. Today im 27, 6'2", 220lbs and leaner, 12-14%bf. I've added some quality mass. People that i went to school with are amazed when they see me. I hear, "you've gotten big" all the time. I've run test e, prop, cycp, deca, and dbol. On my last cycle of test and deca i threw in mast prop for the last 6 weeks and dropped the deca. I'm happy for now with the muscle mass gains i've achieved and now id like to get as lean ass possible for the summer without sacraficing any of my lean mass. I've considered test p, and tren a for 8 weeks. Also t-bol and prop, or var and prop. I guess i could also make a run with tbol or var, prop and eq. I just want to look shredded and hard for the summer. I know that my diet will make or break the cycle, but id like to hear what you guys think before i dive in. Btw, i really wanna run tren a lol, im ready.

tread-mJaycutler.com click blueprints and jump on the august/september diet. Run test, prefer prop, and var and you will shred. Prop at 100mg ed 1-12 and var at 50mg ed weeks 1-8 jumping to 100 ed weeks 9-12. If you meet your goal you ran proper diet, if you come up short, you failed on diet. Compounds don't mean shit without it. There are several mild cycles to do the same thing, this is just the least complicated and diet to goal on any of them will be success or failure depending on how serious you are. Adex on hand and proper pct. Obtaining the goal means little if you don't know how to keep it so learn to really dial it in post cycle if you want the work to stick around. That a whole different post though by itself.
AnonSimple works so much better than trying to get fancy with multiple compounds. Use the basics of most cycles and save your cash for eating properly. IMO tren isn't something that should be used unless you have enough experience with AAS to run advanced cycles (years). The more compounds etc you at an earlier stage the more you will HAVE to run and use later on in the game. Keep it sweet and simple, focus on diet training and rest and the goals are obtainable. I would stick with test and var, keep in mind that the results with var will only be visible (ripped and shredded) if your body fat is already low.. if not, it will definitely help by adding lean muscle mass. Also, keep in mind that while compounds are considered useable for getting shredded this ONLY works given low body fat. You can get lean running a simple test cycle with prop to kick start. Diet, Training, and REST are the critical factors here not the compounds.
Brother prop/var are my staple and you will be very pleased with the results... SIMPLE WORKS! No need to get all clever about it
(and DEF hold off on the tren my man til you get a lil experience under your belt)

BostonI can wait on tren for sure. I know if i can dial in my diet i can do very good with prop var and eq. If anyone could help me with my diet i would appreciate it. Ive never ran a cutting cycle. I work in a factory and only have time for 6 meals per day since i work 5, 10 hour days. I train 4-5 days per week and get 8 hours of sleep per day. I consider myself well above average in terms of training experience and what works for my body in the gym.
I agree with whats said below. var/test/ed would be a a great cycle. Sounds like you have got your heart set on tren. If you do go the tren route i would advise you to run tren a and run it a a low dose. 25mg a day would be optimal.

How about trying test/eq/var before you dive into the tren boat.
JtizzleMassive has a good suggestion.. That cycle would be great with good diet!
