Advice needed
Hey guys this is my first post in the forum and I'm new to the scene . I've studies aas for about 8 months reading everything I could finding a source and prepping my first cycle with a few posts in another forum. From what I've read the guys on here seem more knowledgable.
Anyway. I'm on my first cycle of test e 500 a week. I'm 26 240 with about 12 to 13 % bf. I just finished 2 weeks on first day of the third and I'm having a lot of aches and I feel weak on the gym. I haven't had sex in about a week so I haven't tested the python yet but it feel weird idk If it's in my head or what . Just wondering if these symptoms are normal so early in a first cycle from what I've read guys start experiencing a little later maybe 5 or 6 weeks in but is the aches and lack of energy normal ? Will it subside and is there anything I can start ? I have an AI on hand but I've decide not to take it until it's needed if I start getting Gyno . Would this be that sceneario ?
Any help would be much appreciated . Thanks

You shouldn't feel the effects of the Test E yet. A long ester like E takes a while to kick in. It is likely diet or something else. Check out this link for info on "test flu". Some people do not react to test well at first and can get flu like symptoms, which kind of sounds like what you are going through. Treatment is with Vit C and zinc.

I swear to god I just asked my buddy if he thought I have the flu lol I will look into it thanks mechanic !!!!!
Thanks guys for the advice . I will def start upping my intake and water consumption ! Gotta accommodate the situation I'm in.
Test e 2 weeks? Mire than likely a different variable bud!
8 months of studying taught you nothing about the enanthate ester?
Be helpful to know what your running.......
Running test e 300 2 shots 250 twice a week
Aches and weak? Work history? social history? dehydration, not eating enough carbs... help us help you and fill in the blanks.
I have a strenuous job , very hot . I drink water non stop all day . I'm eating around 4500 calories a day . About 260 protein sometimes more . And about 440-480 carb. I get tired some days but not like today maybe bad day idk . Yesterday I wasn't as bad . Just got a little concerned looking for some ideas that's all .
Since your job is strenuous and hot, hydration is first and foremost, ,( as mentioned below)...sounds like a 8-10 hr cardio session every day, and we all know what cardio does to muscle right? ..so keep those proteins high ( again as mentioned below), stay hydrated , cool down and rest as much as possible after the work day is done....be safe out there , heat exahstion is no joke!...for me, my weight fluctuates 3-5 lbs a day simply from water loss/gain and I'm a shriveled up old guy with air conditioning in the tractor! Lol.....add in aas and the hydration factor really becomes previlent, ...bottom line here stay hydrated, stay safe, get bloods done soon to verify any e2 issues or any thing else that may need attention.
Your protein intake seems low for what you weigh. Why are you getting roughly only 1g/lb?
Yeah barely over one. I'm working up to 1.5 by next week I put on 8 pounds in the last week so I guess I wasn't complaining . But of course we always want more and I plan to gain more . So I'll be around 340-360 next week .
You definitely want to be aiming for that as a minimum. Strenuous jobs need more energy to maintain weight. If you want to add mass, you're going to need to increase your intake more than say someone with a desk job.
Heat exhaustion...more than likely bro...6-8 liters of liters of fluid intake for sure...if your sweating, electrolytes may be outta balance...Gatorade
The electrolytes out of whack would be my first guess. If you are sweating alot, just drinking water may not cut it. You need to replace the electrolytes you are sweating out. Drinking alot of just plain water in that situation could even exacerbate the problem by flushing even more out. Get some electrolytes and BCAA's in you along with that water.
Something to share...I practiced along side a nurse years ago that received an order from a pulmonologist. The order was to start an Amphotericin infusion for yeast in the bladder. Thats all the order said, so the doc left off the route, dosage, and time because pharmacy prepared all drugs. The fluid used in the bladder irrigation is sterile water. The nurse mistakenly hooked up the Ampho drip to the patients central line. Needless to say, complications developed and the patient went into cardiac arrest several hours after the infusion started. Serious situation. So, yep, even fluids via oral route need to have an elemental foundation.
110% correct...
Thanks makwa! I just bought a big Gatorade on the way home from work . It could be either I suppose . I have the chills and aches and stuff but they can be symptoms of heat exhaustion as well . I'll just continue chugging and pick some vit c and zinc . Bcaas are daily . Do you have a recommended dose of bcaas per day just curiouse ...
I usually get in about 30g/day minimum.
When you start to feel better, get back on here and let us know...3 days...if I don't here from you in three days, I'm burning this post up with welfare check pm's..... :)... seriously, bro !!!
Haha I def will meddx. I'm very curious to whether it is the heat exhaustion or test flu. One question that wasn't answer in the article is would having low test levels to start be a possible factor if I do have test flu ? I regret it now but I didn't get labs so I don't know my starting numbers you know .........
That's a good question. Honestly, I'm not sure if a correlation exists between low test levels and test flu. That might be a great forum topic for you to post up....
I was diagnosed with low test before I even began cycling and I haven't experienced any test flu yet. I am only 1 person though.
Yeah it's just a possible theory . Just wanted to hear some experienced meat heads opinions.im brand new so I question everything haha I know I bug my friends about it bc I overthink things sometimes . Just with aas I just want to do it right to the best of my ability .
Yo I posted up that question and got accused of asking bc I want to continually cycle w no pct lol I was not ready for bay response lol. Anyway just an update I feel 200% better it's noon I'm at work , drank a ton of water and Gatorade . So idk I think it was prob heat exhaustion. I felt shitty for 3 days and once I upped what I thought was sufficient hydration my condition improved so maybe I flushed out test flu or rid the heat exhaustion . Too many variables to be sure ...
It's okay. You did good. I responded in your post. I am glad you're at 200%, that's like Iron Man power...lol...How bout that?
Sometimes perceptions and interpretations of posts are a tad bit skewed. I get that way sometimes, and i have to step back and look at the whole picture. We have a huge heart around here and the community is doing its part to make a positive difference regarding safety for others. So, don't take anything too personal. Nice avitar....btw
Thanks for the link, too, I had and idea about the immune system, but didn't think the hormonal system played a role, which it looks like it does, so killer diller...lol!!
Keep up the good work, bro..
Hey thanks man I'm just trying to do my part too . I have a big heart too and I also take things with a grain of salt. I understand where he was coming from even though I'm new it's the reason I decided to mostly stick with eroids .
