Adex is e3day at .25 unless nips or bloating then bump to eod..
Aromasin is 12.5 every day when estro appears. If you start either too early then low estro symptoms occur. Sore joints, dry skin etc.
cdaddy712.5mg Aromasin EOD. You could even get away of using it every 3 days if you show no estro issues. Wise choice. My favorite. You have to find ur "sweet spot" on it. Everyone is different. I would start it at 12.5mg every 3 days. If your nips burn, itch or get sore then close the gap and to 12.5mg every other day, if no change then up it to 25mg . Like I said u have adjust the dose to best fit u
