Timing of bloodwork

I am about to get bloodwork done (I want to see what my estro levels are at). Should I go in and get my blood drawn on the day I take aromasin or a day that I don't take it. I am currently taking 6.25mg eod. Does it matter which day?

It won't make much of a difference when you get your test done under your described situation. But why are you even taking an AI? You never elaborated on your story.
