+ 1 Question about AI's while on cycle and during PCT
Ok, After months of research I ordered my gear last week, and setup my appt. for pre cycle lab work for this Thursday. I will be starting my first cycle first week of Jan. I have a few more questions first.
I plan on taking Aromasin as my AI 7.5 mg/ED. I am going to wait until I see symptoms before I start taking it. Then I will take it at 7.5mg/ED. I have been told to take 6.25mg/ED, but decided to do 7.5mg because the pills I purchased are 15 mg a piece so obviously its much easier to just cut them in half. Any way my question is once I do see symptoms and take my first dose, do I continue taking that AI dose ED from then until the end of cycle or do I stop taking it once I notice symptoms go away, and began taking again if they come back? Seems like that would be the way to do it, but I wanted to ask to be sure. Also I plan on upping the dose to 15 mg/ED if the symptoms don't go away at the 7.5mg/ED dose. I was wondering how many days does it typically take ( in general) for the AI to take the desired effect. I realize this will vary from person to person?
My other question is I learned during my research that some folks recommend taking Aromasin @ 7.5mg/EOD for the 1st 14 days of PCT? Is this a widely held belief? And I was told to wait as much as 6 weeks after completing PCT which would be 10 weeks after my last test pin for post cycle BW?. Does that sound right?
Just double checking the notes I took during my research to make sure the instructions I plan on following are accurate. Thanks for your input.
EDIT: first cycle will be 12 weeks Test E 300 2/a week.

I assume your first cycle is gonna be test e or c correct ? Starting your ai to soon before you have a decent amount of test in your system will result in crashing your estrogen, so you don't want to do that. But you also don't want to wait until your having problems to start it either. Better to prevent the issues in the first place then try to play catch up reversing the problems. I would probably wait till the beginning of week 4 to start your aromasin. Run it 7.5mg ed. But you might need to start it sooner then that. Everyone's different so there's no clear cut way to do this, only recommendations. So just watch out for signs of high estrogen and start it sooner if need be. Assuming your ai is legit it usually works fairly quickly , atleast for me. A week at the very max but I've had nipple sensitivity that has gone away in 2-3 days after starting it.
And yes 4-6 weeks after you complete pct is when you should get bloods. You don't want the serms lingering in your system artificially elevating your testosterone levels.
Sounds like good advice from everything else I have read. I will wait until week 4 and start my AI @ 7.5mg/ED. and continue that dose. Increasing only if I continue to see symptoms. And will plan on post bloods at 6 weeks after PCT completion. Good input Iron thanks a lot.
AnonOnce you start taking the aromasin, take it everyday. Try to take it around the same time everyday. If you only take it until your estro sides disappear and then stop you are just gonna keep allowing the estrogen levels to fluctuate. This in turn can cause more sides. You wanna keep everything as level and stable as possible, so staying consistent with your dosing is key. I dont see a problem running a low dose of aromasin for the first couple weeks of pct, I do it myself.
Yea consensus seems to be once you start taking it too keep it at that steady dose for duration, so that is my plan, thanks
I think it is good to wait until symptoms appear to treat for them. Unless you've had previous issues with the same symptoms. AI should start taking effect immediately upon administration. Keeping a steady low and regular dose of AI all cycle I believe is better than sine waving the dose all cycle.
Taking aromasin post cycle for the first 14 days is to account for the remaining testosterone left in your system preventing the excess from converting to estrogen before it's expelled. Some might see a need for this if they are using longer acting testosterones, , or if they continue to have estrogen excess like symptoms as a precaution.
The more blood work the better, but usually around 30-60 days after finishing PCT to see if you are recovering, or if you need to project for more time off until cycling again, and if there are any underlying health issues.
All very good input thank you
