What's your favorite brand of Omega 3 / Fish oil????

ad

Ok so I'm fine tuning the supplements I take. Adding some fish oil, glucosamine, chondroitin with msm, vitamin D-3, Vitamin C,. I am mainly asking for different brands of fish oil here? I have read that Krill oil is actually better so I will probably go with that, just thought i'd see what kind of suggestions I would get here.

For quality and cost, I found it hard to beat Kirkland brand at Costco. I also use krill oil as well, but it's exoensive.

Walmart has this triple strength I always get. What they don't tell you is they advertise it being like 900mg but only like 300mg is the benefical good fats. Well walmart has this one that's 1400mg and 900 is omega 3s and the other good fatty acids. I been buying those forever you get a 2 pack 45 in each bottle for 12 bucks. I take 2 a day so it lasts about a month and a half.

Best thing I have found is Carlson Finest fish oil (http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/carlson-laboratories-very-finest-fish-oil...). It can be found other places than here, just linking it so you know exactly what I am talking about. EPA values are way higher than what you will find in normal supplements. Also, you can just pour it in your mouth and wash it down with water or any other drink as it does not taste horrible.

Krill Is ok but it can be easily 3x the price of regular fish oil, if you do buy it go generic or look for like bogo sales or stacked savings ie 50% off plus maybe like $5 in rewards for $25 spent, imho it's not really worth it unless it's onsale
