PCT dosage with capsules

So my question is pretty simple, how you guys dose you PCT when you are using capsules? Change the dosage, weigh out the powers, or just parachute it?
I am going to run a 500mg Test E cycle only and have 1mg Arimidexs, 40mg Nolvas, and 50mg Clomids (all in caps)
Original Plan:
During cycle:
.50mg Arimidex EOD
PCT:
Nolva:
Days 1 - 30: 20mg ED
Clomid:
Day 1: 300mgs
Days 2-7: 100mgs
Days 8-21: 50 mgs
Should I just go..
During cycle:
1mg Arimidex E3D or E4D
PCT:
Nolva:
Days 1 - 30: 40mg EOD
Clomid:
Day 1: 300mgs
Days 2-7: 100mgs
Days 8-21: 50 mgs
(Also, is my clomid kick too much?)

AnonThere are some 0.001g scales on ebay they cost 20$ delivered and meassure up to 20g.
You need those if you are going to split any capsule. They are very accurate too. Dont think eyeyballing is the way to go in pct
First, have a clean metal spoon ready and a bic lighter...
Seriously, if you're taking adex from what I understand it needs to be EOD due to it's halflife. Although it's a bitch, emptying the capsules and "evening" out 2 piles is probably the best way.
I've always done Clomid 150, 100, 50 successfully (using a pack of 30 was the perfect amount and coincidentally the way they came from the pharmacy I get them from).
AnonThe Adex is dependent on what you run. Test only cycle I'd rub my nips everyday and just a hint of soreness or itching take the Adex. Running Deca or Tren I'd look at your .5 EOD I'd step the Clomid down: 200, 100, 50. That is just me and what works for me. You do have the right idea.
Nasty81NateI just open up and try to split up the powder into even piles....put one pile back in the capsule, and snort the other one! Lol...jk. Just take one pile and mix it with some grape juice, disguises the taste pretty well.
