PCT Advice Needed

I started a cycle last Thursday of Test E 300. That's the only thing that I'll be running. I also ordered some Clomid and Nolvadex. Will I need to use both of those for pct? And lastly, what would the dosage be? I was reading a thread under the pct section, but it was a little confusing. Thanks for the input

I obviously don't know as much as you guys, that's why I came here to gain some knowledge.
Bigun2My suggestion would be to stop injecting substances into your body if you’re unfamiliar with the side effects of those substances or have 0 idea what they do. Seems odd I have to actually say that.
Learn about not only the compounds you intend to inject but also the side effects and how to mitigate said side effects. Stop your “cycle”, get to reading and go from there. Also, get something to eat. A 135 lb man is not normal. I have a Great Dane who weighs 190 lbs... you need food bro.

That's actually the thread I was referring to man. For example one said 1-2 nolva 40mg split, and 3-6 Nolva 20mg. The numbers and dashes were throwing me off.
