Im not really saying to no listen to your doctor but I do agree with you. Id wait until you see how you feel on 175 a week and how your body is responding, then get blood work, and finally see what dosage you need to be at. you may not even need an AI on 175 a week but its good to have it on hand. I would think on 175 a week that maybe .25 adex on injection days or EOD possibly.

I took the recommended dose from my doc and it zero's my estroil gave me tendonitis. I stopped using it. I only take it if needed and I'm not prone to bitch tits... The tendonitis sucked and still dealing with it to some degree.

I agree that you need to consult with your dr. But if you're truely after "trt" then you don't need an ai. If done correctly, unless you have underlining conditions(strange body chemistry or being too fat), why would the body need an ai(too much armotising)?? Long term ai use, is not necessarily a safe thing. Just my 2 cents!

Always best to listen to Dr before any of us. I would say listen to what he/she says, and if don't feel right, get a second opinion from another. Don't be afraid to get input from another. Even though someone is a Dr, dosent mean they are good. Remember...there has to be someone that has to be last in a class.

Follow your doctor. He read your bloods and gave you a dosage.
