We all pin alot and some fall off of keeping clean about it cause we get comfortable with it. This isn't a lesson it's a little reminder to always take the best steps. Always wash hands always use alcohol pads they are so cheap and will save you always. Also if you think your being super clean take a alcohol pads and wipe where you set your gear down it will come up black even if you wipe it down. So just for thought use them as much as you can there cheap and will keep you from a doctor trip and nasty infection be safe guys.

Ps. I'm a stickler for clean injections and if this gets one person to get back on track then that's good enough for me
