HCG on cycle

I have read a lot of mix information whether use HCG while on cycle, Dave P advice to use it only post cycle 1000 iu for 10 days after last shot while some others said 3 x 250 iu a week on cycle. What u guys think ?

Can't understand why there are still suggestions out there to go as high as 1000iu. It'll just give more neg estro feedback. As said above even hcg benefits during pct it should be used during and / or at the end of ur cycle ;)
ZewiAnabolXi agree you dont need that much but an AI will take care of that..
And you can do an HCG blast after cycle, to help with the restart.
3 x 250 iu a week is high. 250 twice a week should suffice. My doc has me on 350 twice a week with 200 mg cyp per week, so I tend to stick to that number just because.
I personally don't like the idea of any exogenous hormones post cycle. It will interfere with the natural production due to neg feedback.
250 2xweek if on a long or hard core cycle.
