+ 1 Cycle to PCT ratio
Yo bros,
What are the biggest factors to take into consideration when deciding PCT length. It's known the most common pct protocol is novla 40/40/20/20, aro 12.5/12.5/6.25/6.25, and clo 100/100/50/50. I know this is usually ran after a 8-12 week cycle, making the ratio 2-3/1 ( for every 2 -3weeks on you do 1 week pct) is this a safe assumption or am I thinking about this all wrong. For example if you did a 20 week cycle your pct should be 6 to 10 weeks long or does it always take your body about 4 weeks to bounce back ( assuming no hcg is used).
Would a 20 week cycle of test and tren make more than the 6-10 weeks vs. a 20 week cycle of say test and eq or deca?
I guess my question is how do you determine how long to run PCT? Since 19-nor's shut you down the hardest do they need longer?
( this is not for me, I'm just trying to understand the science behind it)

The protocol just aids in restoring balance to hormones. 4 weeks is how long this process takes. As far as recovery..igf-lr3 would benefit recovery and maintenance of gains.
I would never run Clomid at 100mg. Ever. Its not necessary. Even Nolva at 40mg especially if you're running both together.
No1The standard PCT is fine even for longer cycles, remember PCT does not recover you, it only aids your body in recovering. I would say after the standard PCT is done and you dont feel recovered then I would push it to 6 weeks max
I would think if anything it would depend on the dosages that you run. If your running 1-3 compounds in the mid-hundreds then I would pct would standard. If your a true vet/pro you're probably running grams. If that's the case then there would be no reason to pct cause you'd either be TRT or cruising. I see your point behind the question and I believe it's a good one. But maybe that is why HCG is incorporated in cycles that run longer than 16 weeks and normally have 3 or compounds in it. But then you have to factor did you taper out with props. There's a lot of factors. I'm interested in the science behind it as well.
