Clomid or Nolvadex for PCT?

I understand that everyone reacts differently to certain compounds. I’ve been researching PCT for a couple of weeks now and there are a lot of inconsistent point of views and controversy about using Nolvadex, Clomid, or even using them together.
I’m going to be running a 400mg/week test c and 50mg anavar ED cycle (starting with 25mg week 4-6 and then 50mg week 7-10) and I was planning on taking 20mg nolva ED and 50mg clomid ED for my PCT but now I’m wondering if it’s necessary to take them together.
I won’t be starting this cycle until October and I have everything I need aside from Arimidex on hand and the clomid. I’m curious what is recommended for a PCT after this cycle.
I’m still learning so go easy.

Week 1&2 - nolva 40mg clomid 100mg daily
Week 3&4 - nolva 20mg clomid 50mg daily
Week 5 optional
Just need 50pk of each

I came off successfully after 15 years blast and cruising with this method
Copy. I’ll order the clomid next week along with adex just to have on hand. I had minor gyno issues with my dbol cycle so just to be safe.
Professor Pumped is correct - If you look at All in 1 PCT Tabs they all include both Nolva and Clomid together as thats how they are supposed to be used, they both do slightly different things in PCT too if you research them. Plus they often have a bit of Provi and Cialis in there too.
A complete HPTA care plan will often involve both, given they both do separate things.
I usually do both, you can also add Hcg during cycle or towards the end. You can use enclomiphene instead of clomid less sides
