On a cycle of 650 mgs of test and 450 mgs of npp which converts to 20% the rate of test, so 20% of 450 is 90 lets just call it 100, In other ways we can look at it as me taking 750 mgs of aromatizable stuff. On that cycle my e2 was perfect using .5 mgs of adex a day. so if I'm running a 1 test cyp which doesn't aromatize no aromatizing orals, and only 200 mgs of test,I'm really only taking an ai (adex) for test which I plan on running at 200 mgs a week so I can see 1TC do its thing, 200 is about 1/4 the dose of the aromatizing substance I was using before, so I should take 1/4 the ai dose, or in other words .125 every day or .25 EOD, long winded but think I'm correct. .5 mgs of adex a day kept me at an e2 or 25 using 750 mgs of aromatizing amount, now only using 200 mgs of aromatizing stuff, so 1/4 the amount so 1/4 the ai dose
