Blood test 15 days after PCT. Opinions please

ad

Hi bros, im 27yrs, 180cm,75kg@ 10%bf

In summer, i did 10 weeks tren+propio+t4+adex eod. 15 days after PCT ends, i did an analysis and this was results:

Free test: 18.3 (14.7-105.29)
Total Test: 246.1ng/dl (166-811)
DHEA: 4.97 ng/ml (1.89-12.5)
SHBG: 41.1 (13.5-71.5)

I know that i need more valures (prolactin, stradiol, lh etc..) but the clinic didnt do it. The testo values are low but i think that is because i did analytics 15 days after PCT ends and its too soon.

What do you think? I must to wait a month and repeat a complete analysis?

Opinions are welcome, please.

Today, i repeat blood test and:

LH, TSH, Prolactin, Free T3 & T4 all was perfect!.

Test jumps from 246 to 400 :D:D:D

And cortisol is so high (20 and limit its 22). What can i do for down it? Vit C? 2 gr ed? Thanks

Why are you taking T4 ? If you did , u should check your Thyroid panel ...
I understand Elevated testosterone level can cause low T4 and High T3 uptake ... , but on the same time Excess estrogen in your case from Anabolic Steroid usage can cause high T4 and low T3 uptake ... Without blood test , its can be a dangerous game to play with your thyroid ! Go back to that lab , or use any on-line lab (directlabs , walkinlab ...etc) spend some money on the test and check ur Thyroid panel , and ur estrogen ... If you have some extra money don't forget the lipid profile and liver profile .. maybe kidney panel Smile

What was your bloods precycle?

15 days out from PCT that looks pretty good, obviously your body responded to the stimulation and is creating it's own hormones which is the overall goal of PCT. I would recommend another blood test in about 6 weeks. At that time your body should be rockin' and rollin'. I am somewhat new to reading bloods so anyone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...

This isnt good for 15 days after pct

What would be good? I looked at it like, his HPTA is responsive, and he is creating his own hormones. Like I said though I am new to the whole bloodwork thing, I get help reading mine.

His test is very low so his body isnt producing a healthy amount so he will be likely suffering the typical lowT sides, which is not what you want after pct, levels that he has i would hope for in week1-2 of pct, after that i would want my levels to start balancing out and returning to normal

And what could remedy the situation? More PCT?

I also see now he used only Clomid which could be his issue...

I used clomid and exemestane.

Yes he should have also used nolva. His poor pct is a contributing factor to why his bloods look so poor, but to be this poor i recon there is another reason too, he could have had lowT precycle or his body just didnt react as strongly as it should have to the clomid. I would recommend he runs a second pct that included nolva aswell as clomid for four weeks.
