Arimidex dosing

My question is how much do you all dose. I've read some people taking .5 or .25 every othere day and also .25 a day.
I've been going at .25 everyday because it is easier to remember to take if I do it everyday.
I'm wondering if .25 a day is too much? I had a small gyno flare up with sore nips but took care if it with letro then switched to arimidex so I know I'm somewhat prone to gyno.
I just want to make sure that I'm not starving my body of estrogen at .25 a day. Any thoughts?

I was doing .25 e3d since i noticed puffyness on my nipples thru my cycle i bumped it up to .50 e3d since i didn't notice anything but after bumping the dose my nipples have became tighter and back to normal. Just experiment on yourself i mean i can tell you one thing and it might not work for you. Just don't do 1mg ed... I honestly think that is to much. If sides went away then they went away just keep the dose at .25 eod or e3d
Ive only been doing .25 ed but I'm going to lower it to .25 eod and see how that goes
