1mg every day, or every other day? I'm using capsules not tabs, so I don't believe I'll be messing with splitting them up.

You should read the post before you "AI users", or you may hit low estrogen in a few days. Its dose dependent as more test/more to convert. Anyway i was doing 1mg a day and hit low estrogen sides in 2 days then the worst in 3 days before i realized my dose was WAY too high for what i was taking, mainly your androgenic sources of test are what you have to add up. I was on 400mg of test E each week. Its important to keep your estrogen low or medium yes but not too low as you can have the same bad effects going too low. I was told and now have followed what a very knowledgeable person said at .25mg eod. Once again may be dose dependent on your test usage if any but even though half life is 5 days i believe serum levels drop after only 2....just a suggestion.
Best statement is (males) if your soldier is saluting in the morning your doing fine.
I'm on my way over there now to read it. I WAS doing 520mg weekly, and am now tapering off at 100mg prop eod. I'm currently dosing 1mg arimidex eod as well...I may move it to a 2 day gap between doses...pending the research I'm getting ready to do.

if you go to peptide warehouse you can look up their AI's and they have a couple liquid ones, im going with liquidex or basically liquid arimidex. Should be very easy to dose as they send you a dropper to measure everything out with.

most arimidex ive taken has a 48ish hour active life so 1mg every other day should be good.
mazarTotally agree with eric try 1mg e3/4d and see how you feel from that. There are also some 0.001g scales on ebay for 20$ which are perfect to split any type of caps. If you still have time on your cycle and 1mg is too much just get those scales and split the caps. This is the ones i got:

but 1 mg E3D 'should' be ok...adex has a fairly long half life. good luck..and go buy some tabs
