AI on cycle dosage

I have always ran Aromisin in the past at 12.5mg EOD with good results. The current cycle I'm about to start, I will be using Adex instead, do to availability. I was planning on doing 1mg EOD. Does this equate fairly close to 12.5mg of Asin?
Also what are thoughts on starting AI immediately as opposed to a couple weeks in...?

start at .50mg EOD and adjust accordingly, you may only need it every 3 days, or even a lower dose. but you need to experiment around to find your sweet spot, aside from getting bloods done its something you need to get a "feel" for by just experimenting with the dose. best way is to be aware of low and high sides and adjust accordingly.
Are you prone to estro issues? If not, I personally wouldn't run it anywhere near that level. .25 twice a week works fine for me on that amount of test. .5 twice a week at most.
Yes, my bad. I meant .5mg. Forgot to cut the dosage in half from the actual pill.
I'm not very estro sensitive, Just bloat a little.
What would .5mg equate to with Asin in your opinion..?
I'd say so but it works totally different so you never know how your body will react. Just keep that in mind. Again, .5 twice a week should be enough but adjust accordingly. My theory on AIs is to use the absolute min effective dose for you and not a drop more.
