Question about shipping experiences

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question. If it isn't i apologize.
I've ordered from 2 different places but have not received anything yet.
I can track my first order. It says it passed through customs and the arrived and left a usps facility 4 days ago. No more updates since. Its about 259 miles from me. Is that normal? It was shipped on Feb 25th.
My other order has a tracking number but says "preshipment: on" though the provider said it was shipped about 4 days ago. Said tracking info would update when it arrives in the states. My order was placed on Feb 27th.
Its March 7th. Is any of this normal?

AnonShouldn't really get into details about shipping here. Try contacting the source again directly if you have legit concerns. Probably just need to give it more time. The mail has been fucked up and slow lately. Especially international shit, I would say kick back and be patient bro
