Phentermine

ad

Last year i took phentermine for 3 months and lost 20 lbs with very little effort. Unfortunately when i took it i had not really committed myself to the gym and to a good diet like i am now but now i cant find it anywhere. Does anybody know where to get it or a good alternative? It was the best appetite suppressant i have ever taken.

Thank you!

Phentermine is extremely catabolic. Makes no sense to take this while training. You can do everything you want by training right & diet. That's not even mentioning the risks to your health.

I have some questions about Legal Substitutes of steroids. I am a 31 year old male. Have not been lifting for any longer than last 3 years.

Having tried Phentermine I did suffer from some severe effects on my health. I found this review on a natural take and claims to offer nothing in the way of side effects. https://increasee.com/phen375-review/. Can anyone else confirm these results and give me a second opinion on the risks involved. Thanks, Dears!!

Phentermine definitely works as a weight loss supplement. I have taken this product from http://meridiareductil.com for about 2 months, and I lost 24 pounds. I felt great for the first time in a long time. I had so much energy! I did get the dry mouth and some bad headaches, but that passed after the first week. I also noticed a decrease in cravings for sweets. In fact, I drank so much water, that even soda lost it's appeal to me. So far, I have been utterly delighted with my experience with Phentermine. I have had no truly bad experiences to completely sway me from taking it. This medicine is intended to promote a healthy lifestyle. I love it Smile

I took phentermine and had no side effects at all. I'd start it up. You'll make a killing.

I'm quite confused, you know. This pill is unbelievably controversial. For example, these guys http://dietpills2015.com/phentermine/ say that phentermine is the fastest pill and I can lose up 10 lbs per month without any harm to my health. it it possible?

I'm very new here but I wanted to say that phentermine is NOT the answer. I took phentermine for 3 months.. lost some weight.. then I had to take a break ( per Ohio laws ).. so I drove my ass to Kentucky, where you can literally stay on this drug year around. Here is the issue.. you lose weight, but you lose muscle. It suppresses your appetite so much that I would forget to eat for hours ( 1 meal a day was tough some days ).. I was eating 1200 calories and then my body stopped losing weight. Coming off phentermine wasn't easy. My body was so used to the stimulating effect I felt like total shit when I tried to go without it. I believe most initial weight loss is water like it is for most people who diet, but the truth is you can't cut calories in hopes to diet down to a lean body. Eventually your body is going to start burning muscle with it. I might have lost 30 lbs of weight, but I also lost a lot of muscle and now I am trying to repair my metabolism. I would say.. you're better off by a large margin to lift heavy.. eat clean.. and slowly reduce calories after getting a solid baseline of where your metabolism is. I've been eating at my BMR for my body and gaining weight.. this is the price I'm paying for sever calorie restriction. Not to mention the effects of very low calories and thyroid suppression ( elevated RT3 ).

I'm 40 and I hear what you're saying, however a drug such as this that suppresses your appetite is not the optimum way to go. Consider this amigo, you need to turn your own fat burning machine on and this is accomplished by eating more, not by starving yourself. Eating the right foods at the right time and often will ramp up your metabolism and keep that switch turned on. Then add some gut busting training in there and watch the fat melt off of you. Save the drugs for gaining that last little edge in competition. It's been my experience that guys who rely on compounds to strip fat in place of a proper diet get little returns and blow right back up shortly after they come off.

Hordenine, synephrine, and phenylethyamine all legal and works better than phentermine.

You can get it from ur local weightless dr my lady just got some she lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks without even hitting the gym but she's eating very healthy

But in all honesty I'm losing bf just by eating properly and hitting it hard at the gym there's no need for that stuff

Thanks. Not sure how old you are but I'm 42 and found that losing weight is not as easy as it used to be. I've actually gained 10 lbs from lifting and using my gear as well but it's muscle.I can't believe the good gains I've received. Now if I could only lose that belly fat! 20 years of beer stored there. :o)
