ad

Can anyone advise me where i can get / order good legit Primo, total newbie, done some research on line and like the look of Primo regarding no side's etc. some advise on amounts to take, how long to cycle for to get decent results, whether I should stack it with some test or not.

We can't give sources here. So do a lil looking at our top rated sources and read reviews. Primo is mainly a cutter, so you may wan to reconsider if you're bulking.

Your expectations sound a bit unrealistic but not imposible. It will take years to achieve the 12-14 pounds of lean muscle without getting too big. If you can do that in one cycle, you might as well be a freak of nature or you know something we don't

Thanks for your input, as I said total newbie really can really count the time nearly 20 years ago.

What your saying makes total sense now it's being pointed out, don't really mind if it takes a number of cycles, just want to take it slow until I find my feet and gain a better understanding, little bit of knowledge being a dangerous thing and all that.

With all the info there's out there it can be a bit confusing, I don't understand some of the abbreviations and terms used, but I'm sure that will all fall into place.

Thanks again

Trying to gain about 12 to 14 pounds of lean muscle, don't want to get to big.
Done some gear in my early 30's, some DBol not sure what else can't remember.
Didn't look about Trt.
Get bloods done annually always all good.

Sorry don't understand what Lmao & srs means, probably something simple, but I'm sure you can update me. Would be happy to be around 185ibs, way past wanting to be to big and jacked as you say, I'd like to be more middle of the road. Regarding the primo I was asking as I'm not really sure the whats best approach as I've being away from roids for so long.

Thanks for your input every reply I get helps me better understand.

If I had a nickel every time I heard that.

Do you have any idea how much 12-14 pounds of lean real muscle is or how long it takes to build that. 14 pounds of water is nothing you can do that in a month, but to build that much real muscle takes enormous amounts of gym time , food time it takes more dedication than any normal person is prepared to give.

Will do regarding the bloods & hormone tests, my issue is that I'm struggling to gain and maintain weight more so than I use to, I'd have a good clean diet eat regularly probably 6 to 7 times a day and currently just maintaining the 168 lbs. Appetite is good but not what it use to be like, so struggling to consume large amount of calories even though I eat quite regularly.

Thanks again for you input every little piece of advise / info I get puts me on a better footing to progress.

Cheers, but already taking a high calorie shake everyday, I train hard 4 times a week about 75 minutes a session depending, usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Max bench currently 85kgs x 5 reps on own, 100kgs x 5 reps with spotter. Max Squat currently 140kgs x 5 reps, Max dead lift on trap bar 150kgs x 5 reps it usually my grip that gives out here first, just to give you an idea of where I'm currently at, but I've always struggled to bump up and maintain weight.

Cheers, I will revisit my calorie intake and see where I can improve.
My day starts at around 4:30am and I generally as a rule eat as soon as i get up, then I'd have a shake on the way to work around 5:30 - 6am, at 7:30am I have another breakfast, I eat again at 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm on the way home.

Have another shake 5:30pm hit the Gym, have my dinner 7:30pm hit the bed 9pm - 9:30,

Average calorie intake daily 4,500.
Meals consist of Porridge Oats,
Yogurts,
Eggs,
Nuts,
Turkey,
Chicken,
Salmon,
Broccoli,
Cauliflower,
Most Greens,
small amount of high fibre whole meal bread,
Orange Juice,
Potatoes,
all types of fruit,
I would eat little and often as I feel this suits me better.

Thanks for your input, there's nothing like a fresh perspective.

When you say yes, can you elaborate...

Sorry, brother, I’m just being a cheeky kunt. Anyone on here will tell ya, you’ve got to do your own research for the most part. Contributing to the boards and getting a decent reputation won’t hurt your cause, either. Good luck

There's lots of posts on here about dosing. No source discussions in open forums. Use the search bar for dosing tips and then search through the sources until you find one you like

Will do thanks for the help.
