Tren long term anxiety/panic attacks.

ad

Hi all, I'm looking for some insight or experience with Tren and long term (or medium term) sides I'm getting.

I ran a slightly longer than normal cycle with 400mg test e and 400mg tren e. I ran it for 24 weeks (which may have been a poor choice on my behalf.)

I had my last injection over a year ago and since then had nothing but issues with bad anxiety, some depression, bad sex drive and libido.

I'm going for more blood works this week but bloods can only tell so much about estrogen and Testosterone. Tren messes with so much in your brain that I'm worried I'll either never find out what's wrong and stay with anxiety for ever or if things might balance out.

Any insight on what I should test for or check? After a year off and still having issues I'm feeling that time might not help fix it.

you asked this question 10 months ago and didnt bother replying to good advice. This time the dosages you mention are different. This is also on the back on not doing it right on previous occasions. -2 for that.

I think you are posting this for karma or something weird like that.

But, as it is a medical problem... and someone else might read it...

Get tested properly with a sensitive test ASAP.
Full sex hormone panel ( most important for now being test, estrogen, prolactin, dht, shbg - so total test, free test / bioavailable)
Thyroids (TSH, Ft4, Ft3)
Lipids
Full metabolic panel
Full blood count

Be sure to get CRP included to understand possible inflammation situation

It would be valuable for you to get glucose and insulin, so a1c and hba1c, but ideally also with a fasted insulin test if possible.

Get these things, but I expect low total/free test and low estrogen to be there.
From there you can diagnose further and make a plan, likely to reboot properly.

I noticed the difference in stories also - he's blaming the tren for it even though he did a run of it before also. Something is off about the whole thing....

It may not be exclusively related to your use of steroids. In my life I had episodes of depression, although I did not use steroids yet and I was in good health. The brain controls the body, it can make you sick, you feel all the symptoms when all the biological parameters are good and the doctors do not see anything abnormal, they will tell you that everything is fine while you are convinced that it's wrong. There may be things that have changed in your life. This is why I think you need to consult a doctor, because you need a complete picture of both the biological parameters (blood test ect ...) and psychological. Be confident you will get by.

Looking over past forums it appears 19nors have given you trouble in the past. I would avoid them in the future.

Wait a minute dude - In his history he says he had his last injection in august last year and that tren cycle lasted 16 weeks, and here he says it was 24 weeks? What gives....and this was his second tren cycle

Tren is known to shut you down very hard.A cycle that long is going to shut you down even harder. You need to see an endocrinologist that has experience with body builders. You are probably still out of balance.A normal pct will not be sufficient.Good luck brother.

junkyarddesiel's picture

So what exactly is the difference between shut down hard or even harder? Once your body stops producing test it's over. How does it get any harder?
500mg of test a week is gonna shut you off in two weeks. After that what else is gonna happen? Light switch is turned off....

Well a ten week cycle of test only and you can restore your pituitary loop sometime by just suppressing estrogen. With 19 nors it’s not that simple.Especially when you go half a year on them.I learned this the hard way.Lucky for me one of the best fertility doctors in the us is about an hour away.I still had to take hcg and clomid and tamoxifen for six months before my testicle started working in their own.Not the standard pct!

I was off AAS for 4 years and never recovered. So my endo and i tried a similar protocol on and off for 2 years! T would rise but once meds stopped it would slowly drop back down over the course of a few months, so we would try again. Was a gnarly rollercoaster of emotions, scared me from ever taking clomid again. Sperm was ok i got the wife pregnant half way through, i was worst off emotionally than she was lol.

Manshit's picture

That’s the rub brother.Cruise and blast becomes the norm eventually.

Sam I Am's picture

I agree. On the other side hes been off a year. It's easy to blame gear . May not even be related. If you believe something long enough it becomes reality. Not saying this is the case but it's possible. Has your stress level changed,? Sleep patterns? Etc...

Whinny makes my joints hurt but the shutdown is easy to deal with.Tren is a different story, and for me deca is one I don’t touch.Ruins my shit for months!

Manshit's picture

How does NPP compare to deca and tren as far as shut down and side like deca dick?

press1's picture

Did you suffer from anxiety & depression before taking the trenbolone?

r4b11's picture

Little depression but not badly.
Never had anxiety or panic attacks.

Bearded_muscle's picture

So you’ve been completely off for over one year and still experiencing symptoms?
I’m sorry to hear that brother, Hustle is right, get a full panel, check everything. Here’s the bad news: tren can permanently alter your brain. We know this, it’s proven in rat studies and countless anecdotal cases. The longer you run it, the more likely you are to run into issues like this.
It could just be that you’re now a TRT candidate, as most of the symptoms you posted are common for low testosterone. I’m hoping that’s the case. How’s your test/estro been over this past year?

r4b11's picture

Cheers for the reply, I was at the low end of test spectrum 6 months ago but I'll know more after this next blood works.

I have a feeling it's going to be low test or something messed up in my brain (seretonun etc.)

Hustle28's picture

Honeslty lots of guys have really solid knowledge here but I think you need to ask a doctor. Running tren that long was a terrible decision on ur part. It could be many factors to ur problem: testosterone, estro, progesterone, high blood pressure, high rbc, etc etc

r4b11's picture

Thanks for the info man, it was definitely a fuck up and I'm paying for it.

I've had 3 DRs, one did complete works and made sure I was physically fine and nothing major on the tests. 2nd said my test was low but in the acceptable range 6 months ago (going for more tests asap). 3rd put me on anti depression meds and those were so hard to come off of.

Anyone reading this, do not mess with anti depression meds unless you absolutely have it. They will fuck you up.
