+ 1 Minimum Eq dose?

I'm planning my cycle and want to know what the minimum Eq dose per week could be and still see results on a 16 week cycle, I will be running Test E 500/week and have never used Eq before, this is my third cycle i'm planning for. I will put my full cycle plan up when it's done with stats and so on. Any thoughts?

Everyone says 600 min up to 1200. Sound like a lot to me. I took it at 450 with test at 450 and loved it. I don't know about this 16 weeks minimum either. I took it for 12 and had great results. I think people just expect too much from eq and since you don't blow up with water they say its weak or you need to take a huge dose and run it forever. People do the same shit with var, " you need to take 100mg and run it for 12 weeks" Wtf no you don't
BigBmajI certainly felt better on 300 mg a week than I do I 1200. All I really wanted it for was appetite and anxiety takes my appetite away so I'm dropping it back down.
Most men do well starting around 400mg per week,,some even like 600-800mg per week,,,but those dosages are often not needed.
Please elaborate on your past cycles, as well as, what stretch said. Get some BF calipers and put a solid number on your BF%. And, don't forget to provide your PCT and AI in your plan. Thank you, sir.
No. As I am not taking anything until my BF is lower, what is the point of getting approval for a cycle I'm not going to run because stats will be different. Thanks for the input, however I wasn't asking what should I take but what is the smallest dose you could take and still see results. I'm planning a cycle not asking if compounds work with me, i'm looking for compound information not cycle advise, when I have done all my research then I will put stats and cycle history and every piece of information necessary to glean insight into my next cycle. Please understand i'm not asking for anything other than what I asked, I appreciate the concern for information to not get passed around without warrant, but if you are that concerned you could answer with "Typically EQ can be dosed 400-800 depending on X, Y and Z and should only be taken when you have X amount of cycles under your belt, and only if you have these AI's etc."

I would say I'm at 10%BF as thats what it was 2 weeks ago, PCT is the usual nova40402020 Clomind1001005050 and I have aromasin for both on and Pct, and the cycle is looking at this stage to be test and eq both 500/week, with Test P kicker and taper, 16 week cycle.
Please don't comment on my cycle as I will be posting it properly once I have got everything in order and won't start with out eroids blessing. Please do comment on EQ/TEST amounts, preferably the lower side of eq with results over the 16 weeks.
Put up a cycle plan for us to take a look at

Bf is going down thats why it's blank, but it's somewhere below 10% i'm going to get as low as possible before my next cycle and lean bulk. I didn't put my stats because I was asking a general question not a stat specific one if I was asking what the highest dose was that would be cause for concern. I just wanted the lowest dose because it's a new compound for me, but since you have taken the time to look at my stats why not leave you opinion on the question? I would like as much insight as possible.
That was one worthwhile read, it just sold me all the more on Eq, i want to go test 500 and eq 500 a week i think.
That link is a good read and yes 500mgs eq/ 500mgs test e per week is a good protocol. Run the eq for 14 weeks and the test e for 16. If It were me I'd front load the eq at 1000mgs for the first 2 weeks.
