+ 1 Mast prop ?????
Looking for some feedback: I've been doing TRT for two years now. I'm 5'11 And when I started I was 260 pounds. But with a little cleaner eating plus the TRT I'm down to 212. I've read a lot of good things about the mast prop And it not converting to estrogen and promoting lean muscle and the hardening of muscle Plus a boost of energy For lower calorie diets. So I'm currently running 200 mg a week of testosterone +100 mg Mast prop EOD. I've been stacking the mast prop For the past four weeks And this shit is starving me to death. I'm freaking hungry all the time But I'm trying not to eat no more than what I normally do to keep from adding extra B.F Which is the Opposite of what I was really hoping for by stacking this. I have a very labor-intensive job that I'm mostly at 16 hours a day That keeps me from hitting a gym. But still keeps me decently fit. I'm really loving the Effects that I'm feeling from the mast prop and I can tell that I am starting to firm up but I just can't hack the hunger. And I've actually gained 8 pounds And haven't noticed it being body fat but can't see it being muscle gains In that timeframe. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

There is an old saying, man cannot live on bread alone. If your plan is to lose weight and be muscular; then drop the Mast and stay on your current diet and trt. If you want more strength/tone then you will need to eat more animal protein, vegetables, and honestly get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I'm your age as well and when I started my trt I started to lose weight as well, but had a shitty diet similar to yours and 6 hours sleep. My 1st cycle was test e at 500 a week and I lost 40 pounds in 5 weeks (240 start, 200 end). My diet sucked complete ass.
With a trt dose as yours you can put on some good muscle and get some real gains. Up your protein from other sources to at minimum 200 per day stretched out over the day. Protein bars for when you are on the go, shakes with the 3 normal meals especially breakfast. Mast works great when you already have lots of muscle mass and want to "tone" it down so you are not seeing any as you don't really have any to begin with with the diet you are on. If bulking is what you want up your carbs to over 250 a day. Muscle consists of 70% carbs 30% protein so factor that in and GROW GROW GROW.
Zed98I truly appreciate all the great info it gives me something to wrap my head around. My diet is definitely shit I need to come up with a better plan For when I'm at work but I'm just limited. There is a microwave which I hate to use and refrigerator. But adding in some protein bars and shakes would definitely be more beneficial Then peanut butter and bread. As far as food I don't really have any food weaknesses I could eat Hay and be happy about it. My big weakness is what I drink Which is soda And not that diet shit lol And I completely despise water. But as far as sleep eight hours is just not in the cards I work too many hours And I rotate shifts every week. Week 1: 7a to 3p week2: 3p to 11p week 3: 11p to 7a then I have 4 days off and start over again. But I shouldn't complain it pays the bills. Once again thank you for the info.
You don't really have to drop all junk food to be honest, as long as what else you put in your body is good for it you can get away with soda (although not 6 cans a day :P) It's gonna be tough to see any gains and at our age it gets harder to keep what we put on. I did not know the true value of sleep until I cut my own hours back at work and stopped doing 5-6 hours a night. I started to really gain muscle from sleep more then I did when I skipped it.
Zed98That's great to hear about the soda because I think that would be Almost impossible To give up. And I'll drop the mast and stick with just the TRT Till I get my diet right and my BF under control better. 5 or 6 hours is a norm for me I think if I stayed in the bed for 8 I don't know if I could get back out of it On my own.
sad to say. Haha.
Without the Mast l believe you will start to see some better gains as far as mass. Once you put on about 10-15 pounds although it could be water weight from the e. Try this for size. 1st things 1st is see your doctor and get your bloods done. Look at where your test levels are.
up your trt to 500mg a week pin 250 mon and thurs. try that for about 10 weeks but you will also need some arimidex. Some of our guys here can get you some top quality. Take the arimidex @ .25 every other day after 3 weeks of 500. With that dose you will start to see some better gains and it will take more advantage of all the food you put in. I chose 3 weeks as after about 3 since you are on trt your estro will rise a bit.
I bet you in 8 weeks you will be a happy bastard. After the 10 cruise again on your trt dose. And get some bloods done. Post some pics of your new physique.
Zed98I have been contemplating doing A simple 10 week cycle. I have some Aromasin on the way that I was just getting to keep on hand. But is one better then the other? But Definitely going to come up with a diet plan first. And for my bloods I get them done Annually And they've been staying in the 700s on my TRT dose with the last one being 772. But I need to get them done once again before start. Thanks for all the input Man.
RustyhookerTest/mast is a great mass combo. I like tge first option of him revamping his meals before he even tries at 500Mg blast. If he's hungry...he's gotta find healthy snacks that will get him to his goals. Body starving can rebound some of the lost fat. Im a lil midget but eating 6meals a day. Diet will get him solidly griwing. Knowing how to feed right and he can put on the 12+ lbs solid and keep it easier.
Zed98+1 I appreciate the input. I stumbled across this site not long ago In search of a way to help my wife with HRT That's some doctors just don't provide. But what I found was a tightknit group of Individuals That can be pretty comical but have a endless amount of knowledge Of a talent that I knew nothing about. And a wide variety of Knowledgeable sources. Glad I found it
You never have used AAS before TRT? So, your complete history of AAS use began two years ago in the form of TRT?
I have to commend you on your weight loss! However, do you have some BF calipers? If not, you should get a pair of BF calipers, and put a specific number on your BF. And, I would really like to know what and how you have been eating. Did you lose 48 lbs. over two years? It sounds like you can be fixed with refurbishing your diet, say six small meals per day that doesn't consist of just peanut butter and bread.
So, based on the information given and figuring out your BMR, which is about 2010 calories (without activity). You can adjust your macros and keep from being hungry, lose further BF, and enhance your muscle tone.
Grygst72 is right. Can you please give us a break down of what you are eating exactly? Therefore, we can teach you to restructure your plan and feel better about yourself.
Zed98Yes two years ago was the first time for any AAS and I do not have a BF Caliper but I really should get one because I would like to know myself. But for my eating habits I didn't really change a whole lot. I have always ate about two times a day So I just started cutting back on the amount that I ate. On a typical day if I'm not going to eat the peanut butter at work then I will stop at the local Chinese restaurant And get steamed vegetables and chicken and two spring rolls Or moo goo gai pan And two spring rolls. And I will eat half when I get there And the other half towards the end of the day. And very seldom do I ever eat red meat. The last time that I had it was about three weeks ago when The wife & I had a wedge salad and it came with 4 ounces Of sliced sirloin. And before that maybe six or eight months ago would've been the last time. But fir the weight loss I was on the TRT for about six months before I started losing weight So over the past year and a half it's been 48 pounds Until the last four weeks when I started the mast then after about a week of it I started getting really hungry But I didn't think that I was eating any more than usual but I've gained 8 pounds After four weeks of starting the mast so obviously I was. Lol. I really appreciate your input on this & Thanks for your response.
The best advice you will get is here on EROIDS, which is obvious from the posts above. Get some small plastic bowls with lids and prepare your meals in advance. For your meals use chicken breasts (poultry), tuna, eggs, milk, long-grain brown rice, sweet potatoes, trout (fish), oatmeal, salmon, hog meat (if available), mixed nuts, yogurt, berries, spinach, apples, oranges, carrots, lettuce, green tea, tomatoes, broccoli, beef, and olive oil. Query all of these foods on google and write down their macros, protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Then, mix them together to create a balanced diet that will get you through the day. Also, you can use 50 grams of whey protein (mentioned above) mixed with milk, along with your high carb diets to help bring on better utilization and absorption of macros.
Zed98Damn I've got some homework to do!!!! But I like it. The only cooking oils that I ever use is olive or coconut. Thanks man
Zed9841 5'11 212lb B.F in the mid 20s. The only compounds is Testosterone cyp 200mg a week and mast prop 100 mg EOD and some times ill Toss in ML of test prop just for a kicker. I do not have a Diet regimen. The majority of my life is spent at work So I keep a hobo tub of peanut butter and some good multi grain bread With a couple of peanut butter Fold sandwiches for each meal at work And about two meals per eight hour shift. I normally work six days a week with a few days being 16 hours. So needless to say I eat a lot of peanut butter. Not so much by choice it's just fast cheap and easy. I stay Anyway from fast food when it all possible And when able I prefer Baked fish or chicken and veggies steamed. Not much of a diet plan. But between that and TRT I've knocked off almost 50 pounds And have been able to put on a little muscle. The only thing I was looking for with the mast prop Was something long-term to add to my TRT That would help lean me out further & help me build some lean muscle and for more energy. But it's made me hungry as hell my eating hasn't changed but I've gained 8 pounds. My clothes still fit the same 33 in the waste and could probably move to a 32. Really I'm just wondering if someone has experience with the mast prop And how it works. Cause I'm starving but have not changed the way I eat and gaining weight doesn't make any sense. That's all the dirty laundry I have LOL.
We need some stats my friend as well any other compounds/diet/plans/.
1. This is a misplaced post. It should be in the 'Anabolic Steroids' forum.
2. You need to divulge your stats before getting feedback.
Okay, now it's in the proper place...
Zed98Thanks
