+ 1 Mast prop ?????

ad

Looking for some feedback: I've been doing TRT for two years now. I'm 5'11 And when I started I was 260 pounds. But with a little cleaner eating plus the TRT I'm down to 212. I've read a lot of good things about the mast prop And it not converting to estrogen and promoting lean muscle and the hardening of muscle Plus a boost of energy For lower calorie diets. So I'm currently running 200 mg a week of testosterone +100 mg Mast prop EOD. I've been stacking the mast prop For the past four weeks And this shit is starving me to death. I'm freaking hungry all the time But I'm trying not to eat no more than what I normally do to keep from adding extra B.F Which is the Opposite of what I was really hoping for by stacking this. I have a very labor-intensive job that I'm mostly at 16 hours a day That keeps me from hitting a gym. But still keeps me decently fit. I'm really loving the Effects that I'm feeling from the mast prop and I can tell that I am starting to firm up but I just can't hack the hunger. And I've actually gained 8 pounds And haven't noticed it being body fat but can't see it being muscle gains In that timeframe. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

There is an old saying, man cannot live on bread alone. If your plan is to lose weight and be muscular; then drop the Mast and stay on your current diet and trt. If you want more strength/tone then you will need to eat more animal protein, vegetables, and honestly get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I'm your age as well and when I started my trt I started to lose weight as well, but had a shitty diet similar to yours and 6 hours sleep. My 1st cycle was test e at 500 a week and I lost 40 pounds in 5 weeks (240 start, 200 end). My diet sucked complete ass.
With a trt dose as yours you can put on some good muscle and get some real gains. Up your protein from other sources to at minimum 200 per day stretched out over the day. Protein bars for when you are on the go, shakes with the 3 normal meals especially breakfast. Mast works great when you already have lots of muscle mass and want to "tone" it down so you are not seeing any as you don't really have any to begin with with the diet you are on. If bulking is what you want up your carbs to over 250 a day. Muscle consists of 70% carbs 30% protein so factor that in and GROW GROW GROW.

You don't really have to drop all junk food to be honest, as long as what else you put in your body is good for it you can get away with soda (although not 6 cans a day :P) It's gonna be tough to see any gains and at our age it gets harder to keep what we put on. I did not know the true value of sleep until I cut my own hours back at work and stopped doing 5-6 hours a night. I started to really gain muscle from sleep more then I did when I skipped it.

Without the Mast l believe you will start to see some better gains as far as mass. Once you put on about 10-15 pounds although it could be water weight from the e. Try this for size. 1st things 1st is see your doctor and get your bloods done. Look at where your test levels are.
up your trt to 500mg a week pin 250 mon and thurs. try that for about 10 weeks but you will also need some arimidex. Some of our guys here can get you some top quality. Take the arimidex @ .25 every other day after 3 weeks of 500. With that dose you will start to see some better gains and it will take more advantage of all the food you put in. I chose 3 weeks as after about 3 since you are on trt your estro will rise a bit.
I bet you in 8 weeks you will be a happy bastard. After the 10 cruise again on your trt dose. And get some bloods done. Post some pics of your new physique.

You never have used AAS before TRT? So, your complete history of AAS use began two years ago in the form of TRT?

I have to commend you on your weight loss! However, do you have some BF calipers? If not, you should get a pair of BF calipers, and put a specific number on your BF. And, I would really like to know what and how you have been eating. Did you lose 48 lbs. over two years? It sounds like you can be fixed with refurbishing your diet, say six small meals per day that doesn't consist of just peanut butter and bread.

So, based on the information given and figuring out your BMR, which is about 2010 calories (without activity). You can adjust your macros and keep from being hungry, lose further BF, and enhance your muscle tone.

Grygst72 is right. Can you please give us a break down of what you are eating exactly? Therefore, we can teach you to restructure your plan and feel better about yourself.

The best advice you will get is here on EROIDS, which is obvious from the posts above. Get some small plastic bowls with lids and prepare your meals in advance. For your meals use chicken breasts (poultry), tuna, eggs, milk, long-grain brown rice, sweet potatoes, trout (fish), oatmeal, salmon, hog meat (if available), mixed nuts, yogurt, berries, spinach, apples, oranges, carrots, lettuce, green tea, tomatoes, broccoli, beef, and olive oil. Query all of these foods on google and write down their macros, protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Then, mix them together to create a balanced diet that will get you through the day. Also, you can use 50 grams of whey protein (mentioned above) mixed with milk, along with your high carb diets to help bring on better utilization and absorption of macros.

We need some stats my friend as well any other compounds/diet/plans/.

1. This is a misplaced post. It should be in the 'Anabolic Steroids' forum.

2. You need to divulge your stats before getting feedback.
