Low dose eq?
ad
Would it be pointless to run a low dose of eq at maybe 300 a week for 15 weeks along with 500 mg of test just to get some extra endurance properties from eq? 26 years old two cycles under my belt

bt843EQ is definitely good for endurance athletes and while it would be rather pointless for bodybuilding at such a low dose, 200-300mgs is the perfect dosage if you're looking for recovery, stamina and a little joint benefit instead of muscle gains. However, running test with it at 500mg/week will counter most of your endurance gains from the EQ because of the water weight and muscle you will put on. You will get heavier and therefor slower. i would suggest lowering the dose of test so that way you just get great recovery (along with all the other benefits you get from test), without packing on lbs of muscle. also consider 2-3ius HGH/ed for recovery and joints.
while I do agree with most of what you said, i disagree test will "slow him down"
the extra water weight can be managed
bt843i agree 100% that the water weight can be managed, but for me, 500mg of pharma grade test has gained me 15-20lbs (mostly muscle some water weight) while on cycle. No matter how much i would run, i was much slower with the extra muscle than without. Now post cycle i do believe you can cut weight and apply that muscle towards whatever sport you want with the correct training. for an endurance athlete, gaining even 2-3lbs of muscle is a lot. some cyclists (lance i believe) say that 1lb of bodyweight will account for a minute on a 10km hill climb. not sure how accurate that is but i believe it has some merit.
AnonThanks for the reply's guys, I'm still deciding on giving it a shot or just gettin some mast e and running it at 400 a week
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkWithdrawlI'd definitely go with mast E at 400mg over EQ at 300mg. You really won't notice anything from using EQ at that low of a dose. I've been running EQ at 600mg for 8 weeks and I just had my hemotacrit and RBC levels taken two days ago. Hematocrit was 52.2 and RBC was 5.86. Both levels over the top of normal range. So they were definitely raised but not to crazy levels. With 300mg I doubt you'd notice anything for bodybuilding purposes.
AnonHave you ever tried mast e?
AnonYes low dose EQ is good for endurance athletes as it greatly increase RBC count.
SwolePatrole7Eq is not good for endurance, thats the main reason that it's not popular with athletes and it raises BP out the roof, im running it at 600 right now and i love the stuff but i get shortness of breath after every heavy set i need a 3 minute break now (normally take 1-1.5 mins at most). My favorite compound cuz sides are so minimal and mild for me but this is not the compound for endurance. Winstrol seems to be the athletes preferred choice.
Actually it's one of the best drugs to improve stamina. The reason why athletes don't use it is because it stays in your system for 15 months (drug testing)
winny is not that great but athletes use since it wont show on a drug test much longer after use
havent really heard of anybody running eq at a low dose. It could be a benefit if your only looking for a boost in endurance. Maybe someone can chime in with some knowledge about doses in relation to increasing rbc...sorry im no help :(
