Get a 1ml oral syringe at any pharmacy (walgreens, CVS, etc). Say you have liquid dbol that is 50mg/ml and you want to take 50mg a day split into two 25mg doses. You can use your oral syringe to draw up and take half a ml twice a day. Most oral syringes are marked off in tenths. So in this case, one tenth equals 5mg (50mg divided by 10 equals 5mg). You just have to do the math with whatever mg/ml the product you are using is.
I've used a lot of liquid orals. Some have been great, others were shit. I'd honestly rather run a liquid oral than a gel cap. Just have to research some of these sources to see what others are saying.
Best advice I have is to make sure you shake the living day lights out of the bottle in order to get even doses.
