Here is the question: If I wanted to take a 40 mg dose per day of an oral and it has a half life of 6 hours how often would I take the 40 mg dose in a 24 hour period? Below are the answers to the question asked in the title.

Depends on the oral you are taking - If its Dbol and you are into strength training you'll probably want to take it all a few hours before training. However if you are using it to add mass in a more anabolic scenario then spread it 12 hours apart, same with something like anavar.

Steroids don't help lose weight that is a big myth and your asking about orals cause you must be to scared to inject. What you really need is cardio friend I know it is hard to do cardio but once you start it and do a week of it it will make it much easier to keep going and don't say you don't have time for it cause I have a family that relies on me to pay the bills and work 6 12s and I got time

Sorry mate, that's really a dumb question...
Splitting your dose with 4x10mg each 6 hours, would be the optimal supply. Or you could modify to 30mg a day with 10mg each 8 hours. Not optimal, but imo ok. Don't take the comlete dose once a day.
