high Triglycerides after blood work

ad

i just had my yearly physical and blood work done and my Triglycerides were 233 they said normal is under 150. i am currently only taking test e about 1000 mg a week with hgh 10 iu a day. also my ldl was 113 is a little high. my question is why would taking test and hgh raise my Triglycerides when i am leaner now only 10% bf. when i am off cycle my levels are normal and i have a higher bf % around 15%.

You need to Google this question of yours. The issues are not with the Diet (totally but partially), but it is with what Above normal levels of Test in the body.

The best thing to do is to take some type of liver aid, as well as eat as much fiber as you can, which will help clean out the liver, and your peripheral blood vessels. You are always going to have higher LDL (BAD) and lower HDL (GOOD) levels while on cycle. Good diet with higher fiber, lots of water, and cardio should help keep the TRG in check some, but nothing will do wonders when on a lot of test.

Honestly, if you keep the liver as clean as you can the HDL's will be better able to drop off cholesterol to the liver, you get into trouble on AAS because the liver will become inflammable and some people develop short term fatty livers.

I am no doctor, but I am around them all day and this is some things I have picked up while during my schooling.

High tryiglycerides is typically a result of too much carbohydrate consumption. Especially simple sugars and highly refined carbs.

I do eat alot of carbs but my body needs them or I would be fat. It don't make sense so how do I get them down with out stabbing myself lol. I am 10% bf hgh let's you eat whatever.

The easiest way to lower triglycerides is a fish oil supplement, take 10 pills or so a day and I bet your trig's drop under 100.

Ok maybe not I am just curious why it would be so high. And if that's bad and how to lower it
