I think being lean prior to starting will be a huge advantage to building quality muscle. By no means do you have to be shredded but don't want to be overweight either.
What BF% do you think you are at?
chevy1980I'm at 20 or 25 percent
you are more likely to have side effects with higher BF too
chevy1980preciate the advice my main concern is side effects . I think I'm 25 percent I'm going to try to get down to 15 percent before I start I have 2 weeks before my product shows up anyways
Personally at least 15%. The better shape you are in and the better your workout regimine and diet are the better you will do! You will see much better changes in your body with lower bf
chevy1980appreciate the advice .I think I'm 25 percent I am NOT 100 percent sure I'm going by pictures of guys that look like me it's hard to tell because for my height and weight but I feel pretty muscular already just a little belly .also concerned about side effects
RustyhookerIt's healther if you're below 12% at the start and you'll visually see the changes easier. Less issues with bp, bloat, SBGH, Etc. Food is always your key to the goals and hardcore lifting of course. Well trained muscles grow faster.
