Dbol depression??

ad

So this is my 3rd cycle with Dbol. In the previous cycles, I had a feeling of general wellbeing, confidence and all the other things you would normally associate to Dbol.

This time is a different story.

Physically, it's great. Great pumps, growth steadily rising as well as strength. Mentally though... I guess my girlfriend of 4 years breaking up with me 2 months ago isn't helping but I cannot snap out of waking up feeling like st, spending the day feeling like st, having a GREAT training session then going to sleep feeling like s**t.

Anyone else had this experience? I know I can't put all my eggs into the Dbol basket here because I know that it may not even be Dbol causing it but if anyone has any advice or knowledge of anything that could help counter the effect (if it IS even Dbol) it would be appreciated.

It's not effecting my ability to eat loads so it's not an angsty kind of depression... just a dull, numb feeling giving a sense of nothing to look forward to and nothing to be happy about.

The cycle is 30mg dbol per day for 4 weeks and 12 weeks of Test-e (500mg pw).

Happy f**king Tuesday.

UPDATE -

Temporary glitch in the system! Feel superb now. For anyone experiencing the same thing, fight through the low barrier. The dbol WILL amplify those negative feelings but it will also amplify the positive feeling which you WILL get from f**king intensive training sessions.

Remember to stack it with an AI though to a) help keep those gains b) keep that positive feeling you get with the good solid gains you get from testosterone or similar.

If you're experiencing this type of unbalanced feeling, stay focused. Clear your mind of anything not having a positive effect on your life whilst you're training (especially cheating-ass bitch ex's), eat clean, sleep well. You will feel better.

I'm glad you're feeling better. Now keep it up and good luck with your cycle!

Haha, thanks muscley.

Yeah, I'm 28. Did the first cycle a few years back and honesly felt great. Had everything to look forward to even doing it alone.

Bit different this time round. Ah well. I'm not going to start taking the first happy pill dropped into my hand and being reminded that this stuff is always temporary defintely helps.

Love your comment hrdbdyGRRRL on depression, it's so spot on :-)

You are so right about having a good doctor who will not prescribe them to you when you are greving (At the time for me I thought he was the biggest bastard, why? I wanted the quick fix pill which would solve all my problems forever, so I thought)

So the usual hard core me was not satified with that outcome and sourced every single BENZO out there know to man & woman! (hard core ones too, xanax, zolpidem, Seroquel, Adderall, OxyContin, Midazolam, Triazolam, Brotizolam, Clonazepam, & flunitrazepam and more)

BUT, that is no good as we all know how addictive these things actually are. I take only at night, Zolpidem 20mg, Xanax 2mg, Clonazepam 10mg, which kocks me out pretty much straight away. (Maybe not all 3 at once, usually 2 or 1) I'll be honest and tell you that I'm on 200mg Zoloft a day too.

Now girl I have seen that you work in the medical industry so you would KNOW all about these drugs and side effects and expeically how addictive they are. You probably think I'm a mad fucker :-) (I figure, when I do things, I do it it the max limit) Could be why I LOVE base jumping & Rap jumping so much lol

When I'm on a cycle, I don't take any of the above as I don't need it. I feel like schwarzenegger in his prime) On top of the world!!!!! But if I don't do the correct PCT (which recently in another post I did not have any as I got robbed) Man, i was so depresssed and suprized that I'm chatting to you now. (Should have got some more straight away) <- Typical Aussie bloke, she's alright mate. I'll get through this!

To anyone living in our western modern world I strongly recommend the book "The Happiness Trap - Stop Struggling, Start Living" it's the best book I have ever read.

As hrdbdyGRRRL said, we are all human beings and what negative thoughts you maybe thinking now will past, but you have to listen to them, deal with them and move on.

Amen to not recommending pills to someone just because they're mildly sad, which is just a natural occurrence in life. I take it you're not American, hrdbdygrrrrrrl? Americans love their happy pills.

You broke up with your girlfriend? Her loss. Plenty of fish in the sea. Specially when you have big muscles!

Yep, read my comment above girl :-)

I on Test, Deca, Dbol, and an AD right now. I can feel my emotions shifting drastically but that's normal.

ryanam's picture

I guess it's comparable to being drunk in a way... all those things that never normally make you feel a lot worse.

Nothing other than Test and Dbol at the moment.

If it gets really bad maybe I'll either go to the docs or do some research... I've taken anti-depressants before and they had the wrong effect, to say the least.

Thanks for the advice fellas. Hopefully I can ride it out.

bro, any steroids will do this,,that test your taking 500mg a week will def Intensify your emotions alot worse then being off, try to stay postive and if needed be even a ant-depressant works wonders i take celaxa 40 mg every day for 8 years and i feel alot better bro,

muscley's picture

Just relax and be happy: YOU'RE ON ROIDS!!!!
BTW, you're not taking Tren or Letro or any other thing that can actually cause depression, right?

AAS intensify your current mental/emotional state. It brings out whats hidden inside your head. That's why i clear my mind before i start a cycle also keep some xanies beside just in case.. just remember its all in your head..
