Chew or swallow whole for dbol?

Was just wondering if you chew up or just swallow the pill while for dbol? I've read and heard of doing it both ways but chewing up is the most effective.

Danny Boydbol 10mg just swallow it, dbol 50mg you need to chew, because its more compacted, and it will break down faster if you chew it, or you could stick it in your bum bum, like xtc.... but i wouldn't recommend that....

You only need to break or chew tabs that are really crappy and are so hard you think your stomach may not break them down or else timed release pills that you want to make immediate release.
Ive used dbol and I took it whole. Truthfully,this is the first time im hearing chewing. I don't think it'll be better coz sure enough not all will go in coz some powder will be in our teeth.
besides, I saw excellent strength gains so can't imagine what else noticeable difference can there be.

drink with plenty of water, spaced evenly through out day, if you chew it, you will get powder in your teeth and lose potency.

Iv seen a source on here recommend chewing their Var as the best way. As for dbol , I'll stick to popping those suckers whole
I've also seen a source saying that you need to chew their orals to release the potency. Something about the pills to compressed. I have chewed a Viagra in the past do it is absorbed faster in the blood. Does work.

For my tabs they don't need to be chewed but chewing will make them more effective. Sublingual absorption is superior to GI aborption.
