HCG during cycle or only when needed?

Is hCG best used during a cycle or as needed in a cycle? I've heard either way would be fine, but I do not want to use/waste the hCG if I do not have to.

What Pank said. No need to add things when you do not know how your system reacts to a basic cycle. Believe it or not there are labs you can run that will tell you very specifically what is going on during your cycle. Keep in mind HCG converts to estro when built up in the system and that is not something you want.
It depends on the way your endocrine system functions. I know some guys who don't use at all on a cycle because they don't need it and they don't want to risk the increase estrogen. For me I run at least 250ius twice a week because I feel lousy without it also it for whatever reason does not spike my estrogen.
My advice try a cycle without it first. Especially being 24 the less stuff you use to play with your system the better off you will be.
