Synthnol will do that but not roids, if that where the case id have one big ass right quad, right ass cheek, and left shoulder! I can do it left handed but im much frequent with my right!

Roids will do it too if you start doing 5cc+ at time. Also you're going to get scar tissue regardless if it noticeable or not.

Usually a bad way. I only do quad and glute injections now because when I was pinning in other places it start to affect the lines in my delts and tris. I like to get ripped on occasion and having a lump on each side of your delt or on your bis or tris doesnt look to good. I am sure you've seen it in magazines and in the gym, dudes with pointy shoulders or biceps or monstrous lumps on their calves. It can definitely increase circumference but at the cost of it being unaesthetically pleasing to the eye. Like scars the tissues can eventually shrink and become less noticeable if it wasnt already severe. If pure size is the goal it can help. If not, no need for it.

Just a natural reaction of the body to frequent trauma. You'll get it in your ass, quads, delts wherever you pin. But it can affect the aesthetics and or shape of said muscle.

Its more about creating scare tissue than actual muscle. Depending on the compound you can achieve some local site grow. Tren ace, test prop there are a few. The results as far as actual muscle tissue built is minuscule at best though.

pinning the area doesn't make it bigger.Any muscle will get same results.

Stick with the large muscle groups. They hurt much less. That's why everyone keeps recomending them
