Anyone else get increased gag reflex on cycle?

I thought it was a fluke the last few cycles where I got really gaggy. Usually dry heaves when I’m brushing my teeth. This cycle is especially bad. If my nose is full of snot I almost lose it. I got a performance mouth guard for Xmas and I can’t even fit it in my mouth without literally puking up my last meal. Left dinner tonight and threw up in the parking lot because I had to blow my nose... anyone else get this?

No severe allergies but lactose intolerant. Always get lactaid milk but still eat cheese. Only real food right now no protein powders. I cut caffeine now and the gag shit went away for the most part. I was drinking maybe a Diet Coke every day and sometimes taking 200mg caffeine pills pre workout but that was maybe 2-3 days a week. No aminos or ssris.
Maybe this why I cant suck a dick correctly.

Yes, my wife. I end up pushing her head down a lot more. So it’s technically a second hand side effect.... but it’s one I’m volunteering her to deal with so I can make gains.
