This will be my third cycle by the numbers, first cycle of 2019. I'm posting this log a few months early to get feedback and be critiqued , so I can make changes and improvements. My goal is to be a little over 220lb at the end of this cycle, so that when its all said and done pct in the bag, hopfully I can maintain a solid 218-20lb off cycle.

I'm gonna do my blood work through privatemedlabs this time, I usually go through the v.a. but they recently changed my provider, unfortunately him and I are not on the same page.

Diet : a solid 4200cal a day every day
Breakfast: Greek yogurt 1 cup, 5 eggs yellows included , oatmeal 1cup.
lunch: Chicken breast, white rice, assorted vegetables all cooked with olive oil and chicken broth
mid eve meal: Chicken breast, white rice, assorted vegetables all cooked with olive oil and chicken broth
dinner: Red meat or Fish, white rice or potatoes or pasta, assorted vegetables
Post work out shake: Hydro isolate whey mixed with warm water.
Meal replacement shake if needed: 1.5cup of 2% milk, 2 scoops of whey, 1/2 cup oatmeal in warm water, 2tbsp coconut oil.

I have pharm grade letro on hand just in case, PCT will follow, HCG 1000iu e3d , Nolva and Clomid I have stocked .

Gym schedule:
Mon: Chest/ triceps
tues: Back / Biceps
weds: Shoulders
thurs: Legs/ cardio
Fri: BodyWeight Exercises/ cardio
Rest weekends

The over all price of the cycle.
Gear=$1015.00 in total
Food=$600.00 four months of food
Gas=$480.00 five days a week to the gym

A total of $2095.00

I estimate $150 month spent only on meals i.e chicken , rice, eggs, yogurt, milk, veggies, I could be way off on the estimate its probably more along $250.

The gas is $60 a fill up, 2 fill ups a month, $120 a month, $120 x 4= $480 simple but true

Damn bro I would starve! I spend about $150/wk for myself....more because I'm feeding 2 people most of the time. Food banks offer vouchers and give you a crap ton of stuff. I did that in college quite often.

If I spend $400 a month I’m lucky. Usually closer to 500. Some of you are lucky enough not to live in the most expensive city in the country... still worth every damn cent to get the physique you want.

Venice is definitely a hotspot. The restaurants are much friendlier to bb’ers as well. I hit golds whenever I’m in that area.

lol the $480 is a rough estimate for the full 16weeks, I am driving a truck 5.7L hemi , cost me near $60 to fill her up.

K i'm gonna keep the tbol for two reasons, one I already have it on hand and two i've ran it in the past with decent results and I know what to expect from it, I would like to run proviron but its expensive and hard to find quality proviron.

The anadrol I'm gonna pulse like you said, starting it low though because its been sometime since I ran it. Another pulse at the end to do the subq work , that is assuming the first few pulses go well.

You got a lot of little things going on here that may look good on paper but that is about it. Pick your drol or prop for kick, don't need to be running both. You are going to have a severe drop off in effects with that drol after week 2 and just needlessly pumping up your BP and liver values for little in return after that. Drol needs to be pulsed. 2wk on 2 off. No if's and's or but's about that. That is how it needs to ran for maximum effectiveness. My choice would be to skip the prop kick and pulse drol the entire cycle and get rid of that tbol. Bodybuilders looking for mass don't use tbol. Replace it with provi and you will be just fine.

3wks of mast P at the end to dry up, may sound good on paper again but just drop your test to trt dose towards end of cycle and run with DHB. You will be plenty dry. Pumping high test and mast at same time can be fighting each other to dry out. This is where pulsing drol will come in real handy towards end of cycle. Lower test and crank down the carbs the last couple of weeks so you aren't spilling over and the drol will pull all remaining subq water into muscles blowing them up and drying you out. Better than what 3wks of mast can do.

Bro that is priceless advice, so basically just tweak the diet at the end and lower the test and let the drol do the subq work. That is why I posted early to get advice like this, saves me money and learns me something new.

I was looking forward to running the tbol, but what you say does make plenty of since, proviron will do the job, and pulsing the drol will give way better gains than the tbol would. ty mak

The big caveat here is that you have to be of low enough body fat in the first place for drying out at end of cycle to make any sense no matter what protocol you try to do. Otherwise just keep on bulking for maximum gains and don't worry about hardening up at the end. With a sensible bulk where you kept BF under control though it can be fun to harden and dry up a bit at end to get a taste of what is underneath.

For this I would lower the test at the tail end of cycle to where you don't need an AI to control estro. Don't need to cut it completely out. That may be all you need to do if you think you are carrying to much subq water. May not need to mess with diet. You can than further manipulate carbs if you feel the need to tighten up further. What you want to do with the carbs is not each so much that you get spillover (more glycogen than your muscles/liver can hold) but enough so that your muscles stay full. Once you spillover you will have some subq retention. Adrol is commonly used during a prep for this purpose. Pull subq water out and fill out muscle bellies. Reduce carbs by 50g/d until you are happy. If running this cycle for the EBC that is how I would approach it.

If you can tolerate anadrol then run that mate - I'd love to be able to run that 2 weeks on 2 off for a few months at a time without feeling like death Lol Imagine the strength and size gains you'll get from it - Have you run it before man?

How much drol were you running? 50mg/d is about all I can handle. Above that my head feels like it going to pop.
