Eod injections in quads only?

I have recently started injecting quads and it is my new favourite site so I would be pinning the same quad every 4 days would it be ok to do this even if there is no pip remaining?

Just done delts was bit awkward to aspirate but im sure ill get used to it thanks everyone.
Rotate. You can not use to many different spots. Delts,tris,pecs,glute,quad,ect use them. Even though you like 1 spot and it never hurts still rotate as much as possible.
Bingo! Anyone wondering why we rotate to give time for oil absorption google sterile abscess pictures.

Quads are very long...so i did it where first is mid outer....next on that quad(5days) down 3in. So you're not in same exact spot with your propinate. Should hit delts too. Then youve got lots of heal time
